The media could not be loaded. Didn't have a lot of high expectations for this little unit, but so far, I am impressed. We have been using it now for almost a month, every day. It just roams around the bottom of our pool and sucks up whatever gets in its way. It's good for about 2.5 hours of vacuuming. Easy to clean out put back together and ready to go after a good charge. It doesn't climb steps as stated in the features, but it does a great job on the bottom. If it lasts a year, it will be well worth the price.

Last fall I bought the HISISE POOL CLEANER to clean the leaves on the bottom of the pool. It cleaned fairly good but would not climb the slanted floor in the deep part of the pool. Used it twice this past fall then put it up. Took it out this fall and made sure it had a good charge, then tried to turn it on and it would not turn on. So I have one conclusion about the cleaner…JUNK. Third time to use it and it will not run. Too late to return it, so I am stuck with it

Great pool cleaner and perfect value for my pool. Had a fancy expensive one first and it died so I went with Hinice. It works great. Easy to use and clean and charges up quickly. Runs plenty long to clean whole floor. Had one small issue and chatted with Hinice and it was immediately resolved. Quick answers and help have earned my business!

This is fairly easy to use and does a decent job of picking up debris at the bottom of my above ground pool. Its not perfect but certainly makes cleaning my pool easier. As with all cordless type pool vacs, run time is limited to about a couple of hours. I would recommend for maintaining a clean pool. For pools with significant debris (like when you first open at the beginning of the season), a little hand cleaning with a net is needed to reduce debris volume sufficient to allow the vacuum to run as it should.

This little vacuum pleasantly surprised me! We get about two hours out of it. It surprised me to see how well it performed. Even big leaves weren't a problem! I loved it so much that I got a second one for a family member. The brush on the underside is nice and wide, unlike some other competitors, and it has no problem cleaning out sloped, in-ground pool. We'll packaged and simple to use. You won't be disappointed.

This is the worst product that I have ever purchased. Does not pick up anything and the battery life is terrible. Buyer beware. If you are on a budget and trying to save money don’t buy this product.

The media could not be loaded. Works ok at picking up sand and small debris but not as good as some others in this price range. 2 days after return window the small guide wheels on bottom fell out and one is yet to be found. The large side wheels are extremely wobbly also but still seem to keep it off the floor while vacuuming. Charge time is a little over 3.5 hours but does seem to stay running a good 120 - 130 minutes. I run it ever other day in an 18' round easyset pool. The floor is reasonable flat with one bad wrinkle that we missed during filling but it handles it without getting stuck. Does it work? Yes. Would I buy it again? Probably not given it is starting to fall apart 30 days in, and is not that great at vacuuming up the debri. For the money there are a multitude of other options.
