This little guy works great!! We had tried 2 different, expensive, pool robots - and neither cleaned the pool bottom that we needed. We have an above ground pool and the water is too cold now to get in, but with the extension pole, my husband was able to clean it from the outside, and it sucked up all the dirt!! Of course, it stirs up a little as well, and had to rinse out the bag several times (it was really dirty!!) but we are thrilled with the results! When we are back to pool weather, it will be so easy to vacuum from inside the pool instead of hooking up a vacuum to the skimmer. Definitely recommend!!!

Probably the best pool vacuum I could have imagined. For years, I've used the hose vacuum system linked to my pump and filter but I had an ongoing issue with dirt and dust that settles on the bottom of my pool. It happens due to the high winds in the Sierra desert where I live. Wind blows the dust into the pool and it settles on the bottom. My old hose system and my Dolphin robot cleaner failed to shift it. This wonderful vacuum nailed it. There are two reasons this worked so well for me. 1) The filter bag is so dense it filters out all the very fine dust and dirt. This filter traps all that dust, nothing passes back through the output vents but water. 2) the output vents direct "exhaust" water out to the side, not downwards. My Dolphin robot directs exhaust water downward and forward which then disperse the dust and grit around the water so never removes it. Versus a robot, this does mean I have to actively stand there and push the cleaner around but knowing it's doing a more thorough job, it's worth it. My pool is 21' round. The battery on this would just about manage the whole clean if it's just a touch up clean. If I have to do a heavy clean, the battery life gets me through around half of the pool. I don't have any regrets on this. I absolutely love it.

I have owned this a month. I paid as much for this as I did our 13 foot round pool that is 33 inches deep. So far, this has been perfect for us. I just put the vacuum on its 1st charge. The debris bag is very easy to empty, clean and putting it back together is a breeze for me. It picks up debris very well and our little pool sits smack dab between two huge Grand Oaks, so almost always tree debris resting on the bottom of our pool. The suction is great and considering the size of our small pool, the time spent using the vacuum is what I hoped for. I have no complaints or regrets and would suggest this vacuum to my friends or neighbors. Part of me wants to give this product a 5, but I am reluctant to do so in that I see so many comments about vacuums that have motor issues quickly and buyers are SOL, which does cause me some concerns. I also bought one of those automatic pool cleaners, it didn’t work, returned it for a replacement and ended up returning that one too. They were comparable in price. I also tried the Intex hand held for half the price and returned that one too. This is the one I use and have kept. Praying no bad Karma happens after this review. My 30 day return window is also about to close. Keeping fingers crossed. Hope this review helps others when they are in the market. Cannot comment about the seller, zero interaction. Product was shipped and received very timely, all products were inside as expected and shipping box was delivered undamaged.

Price was so affordable I couldn't resist trying it out. I have 17000 gallon medium size pool (26'x 15'x (7' to 3 ' depth) pool and wasn't thinking about vacuuming the entire underground pool floor but ended up just doing that. Powerful enough suction to pick up dirts and pebbles i purposely dropped into the pool. Easy to understand and follow manual instruction (except green light flashing while charging information is missing). Easy to charge up, operate, clean up filter, maintain. 1.5 charging hours with more than 1 hour long running time to clean the entire pool floor (far more than and better than how i expected). Good expeditious email support as well.

We live in an area with a short pool season (3 months) When opening the pool this year, our "helper" put the sand filter on a dolly and transported it sideways. What that does is fold up the laterals inside so they are no longer down flat, and shifting sand keeps them out of position. After everything was set up, EVERY TIME the filter is turned on and off, it spits a bunch of sand out into the pool.With the short season, we decided to let it go until we close the pool. Using the vacuum system connected to the pool filter, we could not get ahead of what we vacuumed up with what was spit back in the pool when we restarted it. We decided to try this and we were finally able to vacuum the sand up without having to start/stop the filter. The pool is finally clean. I did use it as a vacuum IN the pool rather than vacuum from above and outside the pool. It picked up everything. I did find that it was hard to see the different lights under the water to decide how charged it was or if the bag was full. It ran at least 30 minute and still had juice when I shit it off. When I removed it from the pool and it was very heavy, I knew it had done a good job. It was easy to get the filter bag out and rinse it and there was even things I didn't realize was on the bottom that it picked up. I will never vacuum with the filter vacuum again. This is so much better and convenient to clean the pool without long bulky hoses.

I wish I had found this earlier in my above ground pool journey this summer. I was doing all of the water maintenance, but my backyard does have lots of trees and little leaves did collect at the bottom of the pool that were hard to scrape up with the mesh skimmer. This made quick work of them. If I had done this weekly, I would have had easy maintenance the whole summer. Next year, for sure! It's definitely manual, but for the size pool that I have (Funsicle Quickset Round Inflatable Ring Top 10x30) this felt like the best option, rather than a robot version.
