Last one of these I bought was about $1200 from a aftermarket truck accessory store. Had to have them install, took several weeks to get, and it worked as it should. This thing arrived in a couple days, I put it on myself in a couple hours, and it was much less expensive. No issue with leaks or water in the bed of my truck.
