Anyone and everyone knowing me, know that if I leave a review like this, that there must be a reason. I have looked for a set of pots and pans similar to this brand for years. I didn't know whether or not these needed to be cured prior to use but I cured them anyway. I have not had a single problem with any one of them, in fact I use the believe it is either a 7-inch or a 10-in every single day with no issues. They clean very well and the no stick performance after 2 months has been without a single issue. So most definitely, I would recommend these items. There is one slight caveat, the handles do get hot so you will need something to hold on to the actual pots if it's left on the stove at a higher flame for a prolonged period, so just be cautious when dealing with heat/fire

I purchased this product on recommendation of a friend who advised that while costly it is really superior in every way to most non stick cookware.. This is important to me because I end up throwing away after a year most non stick cookware I have acquired where the coating on the pans burns or chips or simply fails to perform.. The product arrived in a timely manner and was well packed but upon opening there was a chip in the non stick finish on the inside of the fry pan. I had purchased the pan for a weekend breakfast I was hosting for friends and there was no way I could do it without a fine pan so I cancelled the event. I then wrote to the supplier complaining and expressing my disappointment and frustration ending withe give me my money back and get your act together. Within 24 hours I had a return message apologizing and admitting that the pan was defective and in spite of best efforts their quality control missed this particular defect. Their apology was so sincere and willing to correct the problem and make things right to my satisfaction that I decided to relent and give them another chance. The replacement product arrived in a few days and was perfect in every way and they provided a 2 year warranty for replacement for any legitimate cause. Today I cooked a breakfast of an omelet , a pancake and 2 strips of bacon. I used minimal oil, only the residue from cooking the bacon after wiping the pan with a paper towel, The bacon was crisp and the omelet and pancake had this delightful light brown exterior that I rarely get on my cooking. Great product, performs as promised , worth the price and waiting for and the German quality is apparent in this cookware. Highly recommended and if something does ever go wrong know that this manufacturer does stand behind their product 120%.

The lid on this size is well worth it. I fry three eggs, four could fit. Not for wide foods like steak though. I use bamboo for it, no scratches, cleans very easy!

I picked up the pan & lid with a bunch of other ordered items at an Amz Locker a couple of days ago because I’m out of town. Usually I delay a review to use something like a pan & lid for several months of hard use first, but am putting this up because some of the one star ⭐️ reviews said it was NOT compatible with an induction stovetop. That is not the case for me because I specifically wanted that and it works fine on my NuWave induction burner/hob (*has adjustable wattage) that I brought along to test the pan out immediately in order to return if failed. Here are some photos of my tests: first I boiled 1 cup of cold water at 1300w on High & zippy quick the water came to a boil (if the pans aren’t compatible you get a beeping alarm & error code). Then I tested a new cup of cold water to a boil at 600w* on High, zip it was just as fast. Then I tried another cup of cold water on 600w on medium-high & the boil was almost as fast. Then I tried 600w on medium-low and got those little bubbles at the bottom rising to water surface as when simmering something in a pot on a stove. The next morning I used the pan to cook eggs and chicken sausage. This morning I made eggs with olive oil and stir fried some green beans with water/steam. There is no question this pan (I got the 8” diameter) works with my induction stove hob. And so far the glass lid fits properly in order to create steam to cook fresh string green beans. Rating: Giving the pan & lid a rating of 4 stars ⭐️ for now because 1.) most importantly, it works fine with my induction stove burner/hob. 2.) the lid fit properly & and the little vent properly lets steam escape to keep pressure from building up. 3.) Quality is fine. The pan’s non-stick surface has made for easy cleaning after cooking 3 or 4 meals on my trip. 4.) I would purchase this pan & lid again if the pricing remains competitive. Future Updates: I plan on revisiting my review with an update of 6 months of using it a lot more both at home and traveling. *600w is an important lower wattage setting if you are going to be using the induction stove while camping with an inverter on a portable power station.

I use this pan primarily to make pancakes, french toast, eggs, and soft foods that I cook on med to low heat. I have also used it to make soft hamburger sliders and fish--anything I don't want to be seared or crispy on the outside. I use a plastic turner, gently clean it with a plastic scrub or soft spunge, and store it upside down so that other pans don't get stored on top of it. Haven't managed to scratch it yet.

This is the best non-stick skillet I have ever owned. It doesn't matter what you cook - eggs, melted cheese sandwiches or surgery treats, nothing seems to stick. Cleanup is as easy as rinsing the pan under cold running water, lightly clean with a soapy sponge, rinse and dry. Best skillet I have ever owned!

No way to lift the lid nor to hold the pan without burning your hands. Meaning there is no protection from heat when you grab the the metal handle or the metal knob on the lid.

I was looking for a pan to fry a couple of eggs. This does the trick and it's a nice looking pan. I was worried about the handle getting hot which is the case with a lot of pans but this one doesn't at all which is awesome. It's also hard to find a pan that size with a lid, let alone a clear lid so this is perfect so you can monitor what you are cooking. great buy. We will see about durability over time.
