I do design drafting work and spend many hours on my computer, play drums and do a lot curls with free weights, if I have “tennis elbow” the symptoms have lessened greatly as I’ve been wearing this copper sleeve for a couple days now, and I immediately have felt the relief and can perform my tasks now with less pain and restrictions, I have my full range of movement back now as it really seems to be working. I think this is only the second review I’ve written in my life. I’m absolutely astonished! About two months ago from today’s date, 11/08/2020, I was driving stakes at work for concrete forms. It was a mini sledge hammer. My right arm got tired so I switched to my left. I’m not sure how, or what I did, but it didn’t take long before my left elbow started hurting, both on the inside (crook of arm/ elbow) and on the exterior of my elbow. I thought I just pulled a muscle. After a few days the pain wasn’t subsiding. I just thought my age was catching up with me, 40 By the way. Talked with my docter and she advised to use a compression sleeve because I pulled a tendon. I’ve seen commercials and Brett Farve for years about Copper Compression sleeves.l and I put ZERO stock into it actually working. I really didn’t expect the results I got, & no, it’s not a placebo effect. I made sure to measure my arm for accurate fit since an improper fit will not give you the full benefits of the sleeve. The moment I put the sleeve on I felt the difference and an immense drop in pain level. I’m not saying it’s all gone, but it’s very significant as to the small amount that I’m feeling. It’s why 5 minutes ago after I put the sleeve on, I just had to write this review before I do anything else. I truly believe that in a couple weeks that the sleeve will not be required, but I intend to use it in a rotational basis to avoid the problem coming back. To whomever invented this sleeve, THANK YOU!! PS - if you have read this far and still are not sure if the sleeve will help you because you’re as skeptical about things as I am.... TRY IT!! What have you got to loose, it’s a 100 percent money back guarantee.

I've suffered from "tennis elbow " for years, extremely painful, could hardly hold and drink my morning coffee, was also difficult to do my job at work, I was skeptical at first because my thought was what could this thin piece of elastic clothe do for me except for some support which is why I did purchase it. I wore it every day for a few months and was impressed with just the comfort alone that it provided, as time went on the pain very gradually faded, now I will only wear it if I'm doing any heavy lifting or rigorous outdoor activities, extremely satisfied especially for the price, I purchased a 2nd one for backup for when the first one is all worn out, comes with a 100% warranty, not really sure what that means but for the $20 it cost me I wasn't worried. I have had intermittent golfer's elbow, medial tendonitis, for several years, usually flaring up as my weight-lifting and kettlebell use increases. I've tried all kinds of elbow braces over the years and have had mixed results. I always thought the copper-infused products were a marketing gimmick and stayed away from them. On a lark, after other products failed to provide the desired pain relief, I bought my first copper-infused product for this seller. I followed the sizing instructions, or thought I did and clicked "order." Unfortunately, the elbow sleeve was too small and wouldn't go high enough up my arm (I think my forearms where too big due to deadlifts). I contacted the seller regarding the return policy - and they promptly responded via email, telling me to keep the too small sleeve and that they'd promptly send me the larger size for free! Great customer service even before trying the product. I've worn the larger size sleeve now for 3 days and during two workouts. The sleeve is comfortable, less restrictive than my Nordic lifters elbow sleeve, and significantly reduces the pain I previously felt. This is not magic and does not completely alleviate the pain, but it does allow me to hit the gym and lift heavy. I wear it under my work clothes after working out and only notice the pain when I over flex or tightly grip something - but even then the pain is a 3/10 as opposed to a 5/10 otherwise. My only complaint is that I think the sleeve may eventually stretch out a bit and lessen the compression - but so far so good. If the product totally removed the pain, I'd give it 5 stars across the board. I wish I could give 4.5. I'm going to purchase the knee sleeves to see if I can go with more streamlined than my heavy knee sleeves and might even grab a full arm sleeve. I'll review those when I get them. Copper Compression People, if you're listening, I think a two-pack deal would be a great thing to offer !
