I ordered this air pump for a 29 gallon fresh water tank. I put it into service in the tank 1 week ago. The pump has a variable airflow output and is the most quiet air pump I have ever used. The air output adjustments are easy, smooth, linear and intuitive. At the lowest setting the air just barely flows from the included air stones. At its highest setting it creates a geyser of small uniform air bubbles. So far so good. I will review later on longevity after it has been in service for some time.

The pump is decently quiet and the ability to dial up or down the air is nice. ... it works as expected and looks like it'll last. But for me the best part was the air stone, it's big and evenly gives off tons of fine bubbles. Very happy with this purchase.

The turtles love it! Absolutely their favorite place to hang out in the aquarium. It’s very quiet and the adjustable air allows it to range from just a trickle of sleep inducing bubbles, to full on amusement park ride strength where they climb on and ride the bubbles to the top. Product arrived timely. I assembled everything and it began working great immediately. About 2.5 weeks later the bubbles (oxygen) was reduced significantly to about half. Less than a week later, it stopped completely. I cleaned it and checked the hoses for issues, but found nothing. I have ordered a similar product and hopefully I get my money's worth from it.
