I'm in a windy area and this has proved very solid. The flaps are a really great feature. The structure is excellent and so far very sturdy. Putting it together was a bit of a chore, but I'd rather some extra work to have a solid canopy. The only negative are the "included" sand bags.     • Terrible carry bag
The size of the canopy is great. It’s easy to set up with two people. There are some issues. After a few uses one of the nuts and bolts fell out of the hinge for the folding sides and I had to fix it myself. The legs don’t easily lock into a final height position. The worst part is the carry bag. It’s not built strong enough for the weight of the canopy. I have only used this 6-8 times and the bag is completely falling apart. The wheels on the bag are completely inadequate for the weight of the canopy and don’t really allow you to pull the canopy behind you without part of the bag dragging on the ground. The wheels should be bigger and mounted about 6” up from the bottom of the bag. ... show more

    • Should have bought this sooner!
I wished I would have bought this sooner as the summer was brutal. The extra fold up sides were very nice! It is sturdy and well worth the money. Bit of advice, do the initial set up before you actually need it, if you are using it for market days or such.

    • Great cover but a little complicated to put up.

We love the extra cover and shade of the extensions. It's a little complicated to put up but pretty easy after you figure it out. Latches on the leg extensions are a little touchy though. Overall a good product for the dimensions.

I purchased this canopy to use at various farmers markets on the Big Island of Hawaii (I sell custom Kona Coffee). Because there are many different vendors, I see a variety of canopies, and this COOSHADE canopy is the best. The canopy is well made and the extension awnings work very well to keep customers out of the sun when making a purchase. Also, the canopy has a "pagoda" style vent system that keeps it cool inside. I absolutely love this canopy. I’m from Canada but was going to attend a couple of indoor family gatherings in the Portland OR area in November. So…being the fresh air fiend that I am, I ordered this pop-up canopy on Amazon to use outside as a fresh air retreat. Since I’m allergic to cats and dogs, this tent has been an absolute blessing as the event venues had multiple pets. It’s a portable, instant shade or shelter on-the-go that sets up in minutes (on just about any uneven surface thanks to the adjustable leg heights). The possibilities are endless, from camping, to picnics, to kids soccer matches etc. For my needs, it’s perfect. If it were any heavier or larger when collapsed, I would likely never use it. As it is, I keep it in the back of my SUV and use it every opportunity I get. Having an engineering background, I wouldn’t recommend it for a permanent outdoor installation. If you need something permanent, don’t get something that sets up in a minute. This offers the right balance of size, portability, durability, ease of assembly and price.
