We purchased in March 2024, received the items from UPS within a week. Opened boxes and inventoried the items. 1 piece, K1, a inside roof panel had a broken bracket. Purple Leaf replaced it in 2 days. Myself (a 66 yr old, and a 40 yr old handyman installed the gazebo in 6 hrs. Mostly him. Just make sure you have posts and frame squared up, and install should be easy. It's a lot of bolts, nuts and such. Must have hex drill bit, or it will take much longer. We love how it looks, and the quality is excellent. We would recommend to anyone considering the purchase. BTW, purple leaf gave me nothing for this review. After becoming frustrated with the roof panels, customer service sent more instructions and video to help us. They then followed up to make sure everything was completed. They also assisted me with purchasing the curtain for the gazebo. I cannot say enough good things about them! As far as the gazebo, it is great quality, beautiful. It was challenging to build, but 100% worth it! We have ours bolted into concrete footers under pavers, so it shouldn’t go anywhere in a storm! ... show more

I ordered the 12x20. I had it in my cart for quite some time. I was concerned about such a big purchase. I am so glad I decided to make the purchase! It is beautiful, sturdy, and the customer service is great. One of the boxes was damaged in travel, one item was dented. (Didn’t affect anything, just looks) any issue we had they made it right. Shipping was quick, customer service responded quickly as well. They sent an email when it was sent and stayed in contact to make sure I was satisfied. The gazebo itself is gorgeous! The quality is really nice, especially for the price. The screen is thick. I’m very happy with my purchase and plan to buy another gazebo in the spring. If you’re debating, go for it. The directions were good. We went ahead and unwrapped all pieces and laid them out on the patio, checking them off the part list. Once we knew all pieces were there, we went step by step and it took us two days to finish. Having to take quite a few breaks because…kids. :) The roof was a little bit a struggle, but that’s just because my husband was doing that part on his own, only one ladder. ... show more

I purchase a 10x14 for the backyard. Was shipped quickly, came in 6 separate boxes same day. Instructions were clear, my husband and I spent the weekend building the gazebo (probably a total of 10 hours). Unfortunately we did have to create a few of our own holes to complete the roof. The roof inserts were the toughest for sure, the alignment was tricky and took the most time. But it’s definitely doable with 2 people. One other annoying factor was that many hardware pieces were loose in the packaging. Looks good and the quality is good too. Definitely happy with this purchase ... show more

Low maintenance and very durable. Would recommend. Hard to put together so I'd recommend paying someone to do it. This one came without curtains but Purple Leaf was able to send me curtains and hooks. It was at my cost but worth every penny. Would recommend to anyone looking for something elegant to add to their outdoor home. ... show more

I ordered the purple leaf gazebo and I was contacted by the seller immediately. They were very helpful and let me know exactly how the delivery would occur. There were 5 total boxes, that were delivered over 3-4 days. One box had a little damage but the materials inside were undamaged. Assembly took some time and aligning the roof panels took a little finesse. I used 2-3 long screw drivers to align the holes and keep the roof panels in place while I installed the screws. One box with the roof panels had an incorrect piece and was missing one of the roof panels. I no contacted the company and they immediately had a replacement box sent. They also refunded me a small amount of money for the inconvenience. Overall the customer service was exceptional. They kept me updated and informed and they responded immediately to any issues. Great experience and a great company. The gazebo itself is just as advertised. Strong, quality product that looks very nice. ... show more

Well put together, easy instruction by pohto's (hint don't tighten screws untill step is done). One drawback the privacy curtains are not included. They need to be bought seperatly if required. Ok, so this is the first of two gazebos we will be installing. Wanted to try this one first and if it meets our needs we plan to add a second. Boxes came in early and everything was in excellent condition. I had it professionally installed (not cheap, but better than me wasting a week doing it). Once they got it completed, everything was as advertised and looked great. Note, make sure you are installing on a level surface or the roof will not align correctly and you will have gaps or bent roof pieces that wont line up. We also go the PurpleLeaf solar light strand free with it, so I put those up. They work great. We moved the furniture in and we are loving it. Support from PurpleLeaf had been great. Very responsive and proactive (wanted privacy curtains, web site they were out of the 10x14, so I ordered the 10x12. PurpleLeaf messaged me through Amazon and said they saw my order and they did have a set of the 10x14 curtains I could buy. They cancelled the 10x12 order and made the 10x14 curtains available. I ordered them and they arrived within a few days. Overall great experience and getting ready to order the second 10x14. ... show more
