This is a good product and value for the money. It supports my back and I can get a lot more done while wearing the brace than without it. The clips for the belt, or pocket top, are really great and necessary. The two dings I have are 1) the suspenders keep loosening up and I have to stop an cinch them up to keep it firm and 2) the position of the belt clips should be a little farther to the side so I can get my hands into my front pockets. I think a safety pin is in my future to lock the straps in place for me and as for accessing my pockets, I'll learn to live with that. ... show more

I have a bad back with herniated discs and spinal stenosis. When working I must wear a brace. My old one was wearing out and I wanted one with suspenders. My old one did not have suspenders and I would constantly have to pull my pants up and adjust the brace. So I ordered this brace, even though I had some concerns. I was skeptical about the fitting guidelines on this back brace. I wear a 38" pant but as directed in the instructions, I ordered a 2xl in this brace. It fits perfectly. I was also concerned about the stays located in the rear of the brace. I thought they might make it uncomfortable, but after wearing it a few times, I have not had any problems. The brace does not bunch up around my waist like my other one did. It helps my posture and stabilizes my core. Very Pleased with this Back Brace! ... show more

I had surgery on my low back a few months ago and the back brace they gave me to wear is a little cumbersome and a pain to put on. I bought this for when I return to work and wanted to try it out. It's light weight easy to adjust, I can sit comfortably with it on, just loosen it up a little, the straps keep it on you so it's right there when you need it. I got the smallest size because at 5'5" and 100lbs I'm not big. This fits me great and still leaves room for me to gain a few pounds. I'm very pleased. ... show more
