Finally put it on the bed a few months ago. Washed it today according to the instructions (cold water, tumble dry low) and it shrunk width-wise unfortunately. I think it may be able to stretch it back close to the original size. If not, I have a plastic protector on the bed under it. Otherwise, the edges (2") of the bed would not be protected. Like the pad otherwise. It's lightweight and at least still fits lengthwise. Just be aware that it could shrink widthwise. May be safer to line dry. ... show more
