Though this would be mediocre since Cooler Master isn't known for making gaming chairs. I was surprised though, it's a bit firm but comfortable and the build quality and ease of assembly was great. Just wish the base was a bit more robust.

Uncomfortable, makes my back and butt sweaty, screws get loose easily so I had to put loc-tite on them, arms rests started to crumble after a few months, a wheel broke after a month, and over priced. Box was damaged when I received this item, not badly, but it was damaged. After assembling this chair noticed that both hinge/mechanism covers were broke on both sides of the chair. It has two plastic pins on each cover, used to hide the bolts on either side, this piece comes preassembled, the bolts you install are on the upper part of the hinge holding the back onto the bottom of the chair. Return shipping is to be paid by from the buyer. Costing 100.00+ to return back to CA from KY. Weight is around 54 lbs. Yikes! ... show more

This chair is just comfortable. It's hard to add to that. I spend long hours in this chair working and then relaxing in my home office/rec. room. Adjustability is nice. I research, and I can promise I will read something every day that is so boring it will put me to sleep. The nice thing about this chair is the 180 degree adjustability that allows me to close my eyes for a few after so that I can get back to work quickly. It really is supportive, too. I will sit in meetings or reading or examining something and be able to concentrate on what is being discussed, rather than lack of comfort and support. My back is actually better than it was before after a day's work. It is also just comfortable to relax in while watching a movie or playing a game. Honestly, my office is one of my favorite rooms now. The look is great. I have the Kanagawa wave design and the colors match advertisement and have born up to extended use. It goes well in my office/rec. room. It's also durable. I haven't had the right arm-pad issue others warn about, but even that would be ok because nothing else has really worn out since purchasing. The seat covers are removable, which allows for easier maintenance (cleaning, etc.) or replacement. The steel construction has born up well to my hours of use. Padding has not compressed yet.
