We didn't realize the missing pieces were pre-installed (the instructions made it seem like they were separate until you got to the very last step). Overall, this is a very good chair so far. Great lumbar support. ******* Upon receipt of the chair, we discovered that we did not receive any of screws/bolts that are required to assemble the chair. We have reached out to the maker of the chair, but are extremely disappointed that all of the parts were not provided. If we receive the missing pieces, we will update our review.

Have been using it for the past week for at home office, it's comfy but after sitting on it for too long my behind gets a bit sore, need to get up and stretch, which is not a bad thing! worth it and would buy again. (side note; this is my second chair - the first chair that came was banged up and felt like it was returned; scratches, holes in box and seemed to have missing pieces - I returned it and received a new one shortly; night and day, second one was perfectly packaged and "new").

This review is for the R2 model fyi. So I bought this chair because it was one of the few on Amazon that wasn't the exact same chinese made chair with a different off-brand label slapped on it. I'm coming from buying one of those cheap chairs. My old chair, lasted about a year before the padding went completely flat and backrest broke off because it was mostly cheap plastic that looked great put together but wasn't built well. This one out of the box I could tell was immediately made better than any chair I've bought off Amazon. It's made of steel, ample thick padding , fancy stitching and just looks like it's quality built. It even has a removable cover if it ever needs to be replaced. Now there is one build quality issue, I've seen other people complain about it online and I have it to. And that is the right plastic cover near the armrest that covers up some internals is loose. So loose that I can see the internals inside. That's the only issue I have with the chair, but because the rest of the chair is so well made I'm still going to give this 5 stars because the rest of the chair is so well made. I saw another reviewer online complain that the armrests were too far apart. I don't really have this issue, the armrests seem to be the correct width apart for me at least. Seems to be about the same width apart as my old chair. Putting together the chair was very easy. I was able to put the chair together in 20 minutes. Again, all the connections and bolts seem very solid and well made. Overall, despite the loose plastic cover near the armrest, I give it 5 stars. It's very well built, and very comfortable. Time will tell obviously, and I will update my review if anything happens, but right now I'm pretty happy with the purchase and recommend it.

Purchased this chair July 2020. In November 2021 I noticed the wheels stopped turning. After inspection I saw that the plastic around the pins had given way and the wheels would not stay straight so could not turn. This chair was rated for 300lbs. A 293lb. person used this chair for a year and the wheels gave out. I was forced to buy more wheels. The rest of the chair is still fine with continuous daily use.

The media could not be loaded. Side piece broke off, also unable to get one of the top side pieces on as the screws are totally unaligned, I tried reclining the chair etc to get it on.. have to take off all the bolts before assembly one of the bolts was screwed on so tight I had to get a hammer to help loosen it as I didn’t have the power drill but for it. So frustrating…
