This heating pad is awesome! And very soft. It is big enough to cover my entire back (I'm 6') and the collar covers my neck and shoulders, providing good heat to them as well. The snaps on the collar help to hold it in place, too. The digitally adjustable heat levels are great. I would definitely buy this again.

This heating pad does exactly what it claims. It wraps comfortably around the neck and provides soothing relief that extends across the back. The quality feels solid so far, with even heating and simple controls that make it easy to use. It’s comfortable to wear and stays in place better than expected. While time will tell on durability, right now it’s performing just as advertised and has quickly become a go-to for relaxation and pain relief.

Plus, it features three convenient timer options: 30, 60, and 90 minutes, with an auto shutoff for added safety. As a tall person with a long torso, the size is perfect—it comfortably covers my shoulders all the way down to my lower back. One of the best features is the slightly weighted shoulder area, which keeps the pad in place, even when I stand up—no more slipping off! I also love the long power cord, which allows me to move around my small office without having to worry about pulling it out of the wall. The design is excellent—well-made, soft, and durable. The extra long cord makes this neck & back heating pad stand out from the rest! The neck + back coverage are wonderful and of ample size. Although I have another back and neck heating pad, the cord is too short to reach directly from the outlet to my favorite chair. FYI: You can NOT use an extension cord with a heating pad! There’s a high risk of FIRE. THIS back + neck heating pad is PERFECT for those with cervical + spinal pain. (I have both.) I REALLY would have loved this heating pad when we lived up in the colder climate in the NE USA. I urge you to compare the distance from the outlet you will use and the places that you’ll be wanting, NEEDING HEAT for pain relieve and comfort. THIS IS heating pad is YOUR BEST CHOICE.
