This is a very well made microscope. It works very well and is a steal at the price. Crystal clear imaging. I am very pleased with my order. I did have an issue with the order in the beginning due to missing the camera but the seller has amazing customer service who was very responsive and resolved my issue rather quickly and I am now waiting on it to be mailed. The microscope itself is amazing and with all the correct pieces and software, you can do some awesome things. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it came with a disk instead of a link to download the software to use the eyepiece. And the instructions didn't really give good instructions on how to set it up. But they did state in the instructions to email them if you can't use the disk. When I emailed they were very responsive. The first link they sent didn't work but they provided other options based off if I had a Mac or PC and they gave me the correct software for my Mac and it worked. It took a while to position it correctly though to actually see something on my screen but I figured that out as I kept playing with it. The instructions weren't that great but the product itself was well worth the investment. ... show more

Very poor quality. You can barely see anything and eat you can see if very low resolution/quality. It also requires a cd disc drive which was not mentioned so u can’t hook it up to my MacBook! Very disappointed. With the business of the holiday season we missed the windows to return and I’m out so that $$. Save yourself the hassle and get a better product. ... show more

All the books, all the qr codes and links are in chinese and take you to chinese websites. Impossible to download the software in order to use an ipad or tablet if ine cannot read the links, instructions and information.

The camera didn’t come with instructions and the manufacturer was no help. It tells you to email someone for help with the camera but they are no help either. All and all it wasn’t worth the money you spend on it. Spend alittle more and get a name brand.
