Although each block set doesn't seem much as you get them, adding more and more sets over time offers so much play option! (one set really is not enough for decent play) For each birthday and Christmas I add to them. This is the 5th set my son has, each with a different theme, and even I like playing with them. The images are printed onto the blocks instead of just being stickers. The magnets are easy enough for a small child to pull apart but hardy enough to stick. I can see these lasting forever! I'm sure they can be passed down from child to child as they are that well made. They are pricey but offer hours of imagination and if you consider the cost of video games and the fact that these offer real life play, I think it's worth it. As new sets are added I will continue to get them. VERY HAPPY!

My son loves these blocks, he's very into minecraft at the moment. Naturally he was thrilled with these building blocks. Now normally whenever I order something for him I take everything out of the package to be sure whatever it is has all it's pieces, works correctly, etc. This time however, I didn't do that. I let him unbox it, so imagine my surprise when my son started playing with these and they made all these different (rather loud) snapping/ clicking sounds. Aside from the unexpected amount of noise, these are great. They seem to be very high quality and I fully expect them to last for a long time (even with as hard as my kiddo can be on things lol)

This is a pretty good set of magnetic blocks. My son loves playing with these types of blocks, it’s like making a real life Minecraft world. This set has a desert theme, which is really nice. The blocks are bright and the printing on each side is very clear and well done. The magnets are ok, four of them will hold together straight out. Other sets I own are a little stronger, but these still work well. The pictures in the description show many more blocks than are actually included in the set. To make anything of size, you will probably need to purchase several sets (as I have). What I do like about this set is the theme - the desert blocks are very fun to use. Overall, the quality isn’t as good as some of the other sets I own, but the theme is really fun. My son loves to play with them and they work very well with other sets we already own. If you are looking for a desert theme to add to your collection, this set will work very well.

I'm definitely looking for more of these to expand the creative possibilities The mat under the cubes shows that they are an inch cubed, a nice size to handle. The magnets are strong. These aren't going to be knocked over easily or fall apart too easily when being handled. In fact, I was able to lift that largest collection on the right...4 rows with at least 8 blocks in each row, without it breaking up as I moved it from the flat position to the standing position for the next pic. I'm not wild about the price. Then again, NO prices thrill me lately. However, these blocks are so well made that if they are reasonably cared for they will serve not only your own children, but can be saved to be used by their children when they grow up. I'm willing to put out a bit more money for toys/tools that expand creativity and will last for years with proper consideration. In my view this set lives up to that expectation. I hope to be able to find more sets that will work together with this one. It is nice to find a set that will trigger the imagination, and yet has such a small footprint for storage. The box is sturdy and will stack nicely in the game closet or on a bookshelf. Again....I hope they expand to numerous sets that will work together to help children (or those of us in our second childhood) to indulge in creative play.

This is my third set of similar blocks. My nephews will build stuff for hours when they come over to play with this + the two other sets. You can build expansive structures. Amazing toy. They let their imagination go, or you can guide them to build something. I usually provide a printed out picture of the structure for their guidance. You won't regret buying this !

I ordered this for my children (ages 3 and 4) who love playing with the plastic, magnetic shapes. This gift was an instant hit and the kids have been playing with the blocks for several days now. Products like this really do encourage independent play, inspires imagination, and helps with sharing. The magnets hold just fine and the artwork/graphics are pretty decent. I do have some complaints: First, the price is steep. To piggy backing off the price, the set doesn’t have many pieces. It comes with 88 (which may sound like a lot but it’s not). You would need double the amount to make something similar to the picture on Amazon. Aside from these things, it’s a wonderful product. Overall, I do recommend it if you have the money to spend. However, I would love for companies to make these blocks more affordable and include at least double the amount blocks. Four out of five stars.
