I would give 0 stars if I could. Spend some more on a single quality stress ball if possible. My son needed some fidgety type toys for class. The texture and color change were very satisfying but after 10 minutes the first one broke. The second one lasted a 5 mile car ride to school and the third actually had a good run for 4 days. They all broke around the round seal and squirted stuff out. Little man was disappointed. Me too I guess. It does say not to squish around the seal and I told him as well but it’s a round ball that you squeeze subconsciously while feeling anxious so… EDIT: Best customer service probably in all of Amazons existence. They reached out to me, refunded the cost, sent new ones (which are a much higher quality than previous) AND, I’m not even kidding, a hand written thank you note- adorable stationary and all! I forgive you, Power Your Fun, for your bad batch of squishy balls and praise you for your unrelenting customer service. Bravo! You will forever be in my heart lol ... show more

Edit: Customer service with this company is awesome. I updated my review to 5 star. Bought this for my 11 year old for his sensory bin. While the texture feels great (kind of like the NeeDo toy texture, but with a thicker shell) and the color change is fun, they really don't last long. I bought these as a fidget item for the students on my bus. They love them and it keeps them quite busy. However, my younger students are not aware of how much they can stretch and twist them before they pop. This is why I have given them only three stars for durability. They do not last long when handled repeatedly by over zealous and over exciteable students. I believe that anyone could easily be to rough with them causing them to leak or pop. ... show more

Very disappointed in this product. I bought it for my daughter to have during classes, after less than a week of use two for rips on them. We went over the "how to use" instructions and all the do nots. She has been been adhering to the rules of using these but they still got rips in them. Would not buy again. Update: I couldn't not come back and give this business all the stars they can get. Not only did they promptly respond to my review, they refunded my purchase and kept reaching out until I responded with my address so they could send me a replacement. If that wasn't enough I also received a hand written note apologizing for the first set of squishy balls we got. I am so impressed with them, you don't see this kind of customer service anymore. I was super disappointed with this item. I ordered them as fidgets for my therapy groups. They did not last a day before the seam split and the inner contents oozed out. I was disappointed too because they were so cool with the changing colors. Very disappointed with the quality. **The company reached out to me immediately to make the situation right. I was given a refund and they replaced the items. Impressed with their thorough, efficient, and caring manner. I was shocked actually as that is not the norm for most companies.
