My 9 year old insisted that I wrote a 5 star review with SPECIFICS on this Lite-brite: -It is so much fun to create with -The colors are bright and fun and pretty -There is a built-in stand so you can display your creation -It has a battery-saver feature that allows you to display or use as nite lite and it will turn off automatically -The templates are fun and easy to use AND also fun and easy to make YOUR OWN creations. It reminds me of the late 1970s and miss the functionality of the lites. It only takes 3 batteries and is smaller than the lite brite when I had the plug in version over 40 years ago. It is fun for kids and its not brittle.

I got this for my three year old granddaughter and her siblings 8 and 11 had to help. I loved this as a child and so did my children.
