    • Beware. You may not get a new machine.
When I got the machine and went to clean it before the first use, I noticed that this is not a new machine. It had obviously been used before, because when I pulled the main seals off, I noticed dried up juice under the seals and one of the screws was loose. When I tried to tighten the screw, it just spun around as if the threads were stripped. I went ahead and finished cleaning it and tried it out to see if it worked and did not leak do the the loose screw. It did seem to work as expected and I did not notice any leaks. Problem is when I pay full price for a NEW machine, I expect to get a NEW, UNUSED machine and that is not the case here. This will be going back. ... show more

We are using this slush machine in our store. The temperature control for making slush is excellent, and the delivery was fast. Additionally, all the parts are in perfect condition. The slush made with this machine has great texture and taste.

I had a part that broke on my machine and I contacted customer service and Lemon was my contact. I sent him pictures of the part that broke. (Stirring shaft) and he had 2 replacement parts sent to me from China. I received replacement parts in 5 days. Replaced the part and working perfectly again. The first time I ran the mixer we thought it was on fire from the burning smell it emitted. Waited a week compressor would never run long enough to make slushes or cold drinks. Had to return it
