The media could not be loaded. This ice machine is fantastic! It’s so quiet, we weren’t sure what to expect, noise-wise. The packaging it came in was simple; cut a few straps and lift the box off the machine. It comes with a spare plug, clamp, scoop and a nice water inlet with a filter! It was really easy to get connected (we were already set up with a water inlet and drain). We did give the machine a little lift so it sits a bit higher- we’re tall people and it’s just easier. You’re also able to use a water jug in place of a water inlet and the space where the jug sits is easy to access and connect. There’s a valve in the ice box where you switch from jug water to the inlet option. There’s a little sticker next to the valve that shows you what is what. It’s simple to set the ice making time (longer for harder ice, shorter for softer ice). We love the lift door that slides back- easier than a swinging door. The controls on the front are self explanatory, which makes figuring out the functions a breeze, and has an interior light that’s nice and bright. All in all, this is a great machine and was super easy to set up. Definitely recommend!

The wide opening of the ice door and scoop is perfect for getting big scoops of ice. The appearance is pleasant for under the counter as well. Definitely a great value!!

The media could not be loaded. This machine is noisy, front fans are really loud and produces lots of heat. Whenever a new ice cycle is achieved, ice drop sounds like a bomb. On top of that I had the worst of luck with it as mine is leaking water from inside ice bucket drain hose as it can be seen on videos. I bought this machine and imported it from USA to my country and paid shipping and duties to do so in excess of U$D250.00. After talking like with 8 Amazon geeks and explaining them it would cost me around five times what I paid for this ice maker to ship it back to the US, they are offering me U$D85.00 as a big thing.-

Purchased this for our finished basement kitchenette/bar and fit's perfectly. Just the right size we were looking for with very good quality materials. We don't have it hooked up yet as the kitchenette is still getting finished but as far as the quality of the ice maker itself it seems like it will hold up for a long time of use.

I bought this to replace ice machine at golf course which has 70 lbs storage, there is no way this is 75 lb storage.This ice maker holds 35 lbs of ice. The door does not go all the way back to get ice out easily.The filter leaks.I will return because this is way to much money to not get what I ordered

Easy to use and easy setup. It makes a lot of ice. Customer service is great. I didn’t give it 5 stars because it doesn’t hold 50 pounds of ice as advertised. Customer service fixed the issue fairly and quickly.
