My husband wanted a fryer since we do entertain and needed something bigger than your small fry daddy type. Spend the money and buy this product vs the ones that are cheaper if you want the ability to drain your oil. This was a selling point for me as I wanted the ability to drain the oil without having to pick up the pans and dump the oil out. We have used this twice now and it is amazing and works perfectly. The oil drains correctly for an EASY clean up. Super happy with this purchase so far.

The quality and the was of use is fine. However the fryer takes a long time to reach temperature once again. The hooks of the fryer should be a little higher to have the basket closer to the oil. I purchased this fryer thinking it would ultimate hold more of the item I fry, which it does but the fryer cannot reach temperature fast enough. I have to reduce the amount of product I fry in order for it to efficiently heat back up and maintain the temperature. I will be returning this product as it did not properly maintain the temperature. I’m better off using my other smaller fryer.
