Love love love. I have gone through so many different fryers. This bar far the best. Yes cost more but you truly get what you pay for. The drain makes it easy to save your oil for multiple uses. Clean up much easier. She’s a little bigger than your cheaper versions but you can fry a bunch at one time. Saves time. If you have the room on your counter (mine outside) and you want your LAST fryer. Then buy this one!

The EGGKITPO Stainless Steel Countertop Commercial Fryer is a really nice deep fryer! I have an air fryer at home, but I couldn't make my homemade fried chicken with it, because it would leave a huge mess in the bottom of the air fryer...so if I wanted fried chicken, I had to but it already made and heat it in the air fryer, or go to a restaurant. When I saw this commercial countertop fryer, I had to have it! This fryer is AWESOME!!! I decided after I unboxed it, I was going to try it out and make fried chicken. I cut up my chicken, gave it the milk and egg bath, dragged it through my spices, and then dipped it in pancake batter, then rolled it in crushed cornflakes. I fill the fryer with oil, and added my chicken to it......23 minutes later, I had the crispiest fried chicken ever!!!! This fryer is a keeper!!! I will still use my air fryer, but not for cooking my homemade chicken or fish. Some things just need to be cooked in oil.

This deep fryer is excellent. Temperatures were steady and lag between setting the temp and achieving temp was minimal. The most impressive feature is the stopcock that allows the used oil to be emptied without a huge mess. Simply allow the oil to cool to room temp and then open the stopcock. Oil will neatly flow into a container of your choosing. Controls were easy to use. Also, the item was quite carefully packaged which I appreciated. Fantastic appliance!
