I recommend to use an electric screwdriver, with a wrench bit. Other than that the install was okay to follow. A bigger savings than mattress stores for sure and the mechanics work really good. It seems very sturdy.

Bought the bed. Took forever to assemble. It worked for a minute! Then it stopped. Took 7 emails with videos and photos to beg for replacement parts. Parts took FIVE WEEKS to arrive. And then? Those parts are faulty! I have NO faith I’ll get a working bed. I’m beyond disappointed.

So heavy, that the box was falling apart. Luckily the only missing pieces were in the spare parts portion of the bolts etc pieces. It seems like 1,000 pieces. I am a LEGO lover and it was difficult for me to assemble. The directions specifically for the motor portion were not the most clear but once complete works wonderfully. Make sure the screw wholes face the same direction is the best way to describe it to me. Amazing deal. The difficulty factor and I feel like most if not all who order it will face issues with the box is why I only gave it 4⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ operational it is 5 once done. My boyfriend put it together in an hour or so. The motor is silent when you use the remote and adjust the bed to your liking. It works perfectly. I slept comfortably. I would buy again if I needed to. Happy with the purchase.

amazon was terrific, and so was the manufacturer, just need to be patient if you have to contact them. the manufacturer tried to help us but with the english/chinese language difference, it took a month, we sent pictures and video. they sent us new parts but it wasnt until the new parts came and we sent another round of pics did they notice one bottom bar at the head and foot was upside down. this made the bed frame NOT lay flat. the holes lined up the wrong way and the right way, but one way causes the bed frame to always be at an angle even when its setting is to lay flat. They noticed it in the pic we sent after going back and forth for a month and them sending new parts, and now it works great. its quiet, works amazing, and was a great price ... show more
