Absolutely love this bidet. Very nice looking, works like a charm and the warmed seat is so awesome when you get up in the middle of the night. All functions work very well. The remote does not seem to work very well but the side buttons on the seat work great. Very happy with the product.

So far, so good. This toilet seat was pretty simple to install, had electricity done myself in about an hour (dropped straight down from light switch) and installed the seat in about 20 mins… my 11 year old saw this and held in his boom boom until I could finish the install so he could be the first to try it out. Water temp seems good, not too hot or cold. Seat temp can get a little warm on the highest setting. Bidet part has 3 different pressure setting. Low for very gentle, medium (most will use) and high. High pressure is a full blown enema…. Be prepared…. It also takes just a little wiggling to get proper alignment…. Overall very happy with the product. Full Autoclean rear takes about 3 mins to finish your business. Wife has not used the frontal lobe yet but assume it’s pretty similar to the back. One star off for seat mounting hardware appears a little flimsy and I have ordered a sturdier set, and air dryer blows ok but you still have to use a decent amount of paper for drying… this might get better with more use. ... show more

I recently remodeled my entire bathroom right down to the studs. I decided from the beginning that I was going to make it a luxury bathroom, and have put in every little thing to make life more fun…. A bidet, a luxury shower spa system, and a heated towel holder. I am in love with every purchase that I have made especially the bidet. I had never used one prior to this purchase and regret not getting one sooner. It works exactly as promised, heating the water, heating the seat, providing a nice blow dry,… and so much more. I told my son that I could not wait until he was back in town and could try it out and he laughed and said that he had purchased his own after he heard me talking about it and he absolutely loves his as well. This is an absolute must for every bathroom, for hygiene, comfort, and a lot of pampering! UPDATE…. Still loving it! ... show more

Wow. I never knew a simple bidet could cause such big plumbing problems!! Ever since installing this thing our toilet has been screwed up. It’s the weirdest thing! The tank will not fill up with water immediately after flushing! Like what?! WHY?!! Makes zero sense!! We now have to call a plumber to fix whatever this hunk of Chinese crap has caused! I absolutely know for certain it’s caused by this bidet, as I have read other reviewers having the same issue! (Can’t remember if the reviews were for this particular bidet or other ones, but still… it’s kinda odd they’re ALL made in CHINA & all have the same problem!!) Other issues are there is no screen on remote so it’s hard to tell what setting you’re on. My mom has a bidet from USPA & her remote screen, among the actual functions are 100xx better than this thing, plus it’s way cheaper too. This one is entirely way too much $$ for what it is and does!! Returning this asap. ... show more

The item looks great. However didn't seem to fit a regular sized toilet as I would prefer. To further explain, The bidet appeared a bit loose if a person were to sit on it. I was afraid it may break due to the lack of sturdiness. Other than that fact, the electrical aspect of the bidet is wonderful. The real issue appears when it's time to connect the water source. There is a super thin piece that fits into the water pipe that for one got stuck and remains to be stuck together and for two we couldn't push the peice completely down into the pipe. Next, no matter what, the hose would not properly tighten which, eventually caused an uncontrollable leak. We ended up with a couple of broken items that needed to be replaced. We also had to call a plumber. We've had a number of bidets over the years and have never had an issue with installation until this poor design. ... show more

Super easy to use, but takes a few minutes longer than using TP. You can still use it the old way or use the bidet feature. I don't see ever going back to using TP. I am older with arthritis. Wiping was getting harder to do. I wish I bought one long ago.
