I am having yet another surgery next week that will affect my ability to reach out very far with both my arms, so I decided to finally pull the trigger and get one of these. I never liked the idea of a bidet with cold water which is why I didn't get one years ago, but recently I installed power near the toilet for my electric toothbrush and waterpik. I chose this bidet instead of similar ones because of the appearance (my bathroom is black and white) as well as Amazon offering me $100 off (I noticed as soon as I bought it the discount dropped to only $60 off). I have an elongated toilet. First of all, a warning if you are going to install this yourself as I did, and this has NOTHING to do with the product...I found it extremely difficult to unscrew the water line from the underside of the tank, whoever installed it WAY over tightened it and I was unable to keep a good grip on the float valve from above to keep it from turning, and I ended up rotating the float valve and breaking the arm off against the side of the tank before I got it apart. Only a $9 replacement at a hardware store (I noticed it came with an extra arm but hopefully there isn't a next time!). This was the only difficult part of the install. The bidet comes with some plumber's tape and I ordinarily love to use that on all fittings but the manual specifies NOT to use plumber's tape(?) so I did not use it, but it does not leak so that's fine. (It also says not to use a wrench when installing the T fitting but nope to that, I used one.) I cut the provided water line that goes from the T fitting to the bidet down, and I hope not too short in case I ever have to remove the bidet for any reason. Sitting on the bidet is different from my regular toilet seat. You end up sitting very forward because of the raised part in the back (I wish the whole thing was a bit longer, I have plenty of room between the bowl and tank, I actually have the bidet mounted as far forward as it can be and I definitely cannot move it back any without the front lip sticking out). I lost 100 pounds a decade ago and I'm quite sure if I were still large I wouldn't exactly fit on this thing. And I assume if I had a round toilet it would be even worse. But I'm happy with it, and so glad I get warm water. I like the features, I'm a lady and I wish the Lady Wash would go father forward, I tried adjusting the nozzle with the remote but it didn't really help. I have done a test wipe after the clean/dry after going #2 and the paper was clean, it really works! I haven't tried Defecation Mode yet but I have constipation issues sometimes so I look forward to trying it. The drying is great. The seat warmer would probably be more welcome in the winter, it's getting hot here now. There is an "Auto" feature that automatically goes through a rear wash and then a dry but both cycles take longer than I'd like so I will just do each manually, which is a shame because just hitting one button would be better. Too bad you can't program it, but despite this being called a "smart" bidet it's not like there's an app or anything, just the remote. As for the light, it doesn't turn on only when the lid is up and is on all the time. Not being a guy I have just switched it off, but only turning on when the lid is lifted would have been better. I have it in "power save" mode or whatever it's called but I have no idea what that does, the seat will already be fully warm when I sit so it's not shutting down after a while or anything. I am torn on if I want to turn it off completely between uses. The water seems to warm up fairly quickly after being turned on so I might do that. When it is performing a wash/dry one of my bathroom's lightbulbs flashes a little so I guess it draws a lot of power, so I'm inclined to want to shut if off entirely between uses.

I started using Bidets of this type back in 2017, and have owned several. This one is by far the best. It was very easy to install - the instructions are very clear and easy to follow. Once installed, I was very impressed by its features and performance. To begin with, it performs all of the standard Bidet functions very well. The water streams are powerful, the heated seat is very comfortable, and the drying temperature is nice (I have had Bidets that had no heated drying). These 3 functions have 5 levels of adjustments (other Bidets I have owned only had 3). There are some additional features that make this stand out. The lighting in the bowl and the control knob on the side is nice for nighttime use, but you have the option of turning the lights off. There is an automatic feature where it will wash and dry you in one operation. My favorite feature in the model I bought was the automatic seat and lid raising and lowering. There is something special about walking up to the toilet and have the lid automatically raise - women appreciate this convenience. For the guys, a slight lift of the seat will cause it to raise all the way. And what is really nice is both the seat and lid will close after 90 seconds. The power with which the seat and lid raise and lower is adjustable. Plus, you can turn this feature off if desired. Overall, I can highly recommend this product!

I overlooked the fact that every function or push of a button you'll get a beep. Every time. That is annoying. Plus the temperatures are in centigrade. Okay these 2 dislikes I can overlook. But when your new seat beeps you an error code of F3, and this is not even a code that is explained in the troubleshoot part of the manual, then it becomes an issue. The seat works wonderfully.... when it decides to work. But now its failing to stream and cutting off with a constant beeping warning. So I have reset ( and have done this several times) and then it comes back on. But now with constant beeping and flashing. No completion of washing. You have to get off the seat reset and then go back on the seat. I think this product is going to fail all together soon. I want to avoid that and make a complete return. I really don't recommend this product. At all!

Had this for a while and it works well, with all the features you would want. Adjustable, warm water, remote control, different settings for everyone, zero leaks. Very easy install. Only complaint, the lid has gotten loose over time. It creaks and wiggles now. Not the seat itself, but the lid. There is no way to turn off the heated seat. It also beeps every time you sit and stand from it. It's weird. I don't need it to tell me I say on it. 😁 But not a big deal. Overall, very much worth it for the price. Just wish the lid could be tightened up again.

After researching a bunch of bidet lids, this one checked all my boxes. Auto open and close, self cleaning, heated seat, heated water. It took me about 20 mins to set it up. Which is longer than I think it should only because I didn’t really read the instructions. The instructions are clear and easy though if you read them. Comes with teflon tape that you don’t need. Instructions say not to tighten with a wrench but I did anyways because I’m weak. Right off the bat it works great. You have to put weight on the seat for it to squirt water and dry. There’s a sticker on the seat to show you where to put weight on to test it. Everything worked perfectly. Really impressed. I think the water pressure is a bit much but that can be adjusted. Overall really great value for the money. Love it.

Buyer of several bidets for various homes is HAPPIEST with this one! Easy instructions, easier to install & set-up! Great water temp & dryer fan. Remote makes it very easy to use. If the elec cord were 5’ longer, this thing would be perfect. All users are happy with this new convenience.
