This spa reaches up to 104ºF (40ºC) to provide ultimate relaxation as you are surrounded by 120 AirJet massage bubbles. Simply attach the pump and watch as it inflates. This spa includes two insulated covers for you to choose from - a standard cover and a specially constructed EnergySense® cover. The EnergySense cover is up to 40% more energy-efficient than similar inflatable spas, so your water stays hot and your energy bill stays low. The AirJet system features 120 jets which release bubbles from the bottom of the spa to create a warm, bubbling hot tub environment. These soothing bubbles will help you relax and unwind right from the comfort of your home. The external wall is constructed with 3-layer DuraPlus™ material, proven to be both puncture and damage resistant. This material offers exceptional stretch resistance, allowing the spa to maintain its intended shape over time, no matter how many times you inflate and deflate it. The included Freeze Shield™ automatic heating function prevents inner components from freezing during colder temperatures. Designed with innovative winterizing technology, the system will keep the internal temperatures between 42º and 50ºF (6º and 10ºC) to prevent damage. Our spas feature a Ground Detection System that ensures the spa is used with an outlet having a proper ground connection, providing additional electric current protection. Only use a grounded socket corresponding to the electrical rating of the attachment plug. NEVER use an extension cord or multi-plug adaptor. Be sure to regularly inspect both the plug and socket for signs of damage, and do not plug the product back into the socket if damage is found. Read the manual thoroughly before setting up your hot tub. Equipped with a pump that quickly inflates the spa, heats it up, runs filtration and controls the massage system, this spa is both easy and convenient. highly recommend! Bought this as a first time hottub owner. Easy to set up! Coleman hits home again with high quality/reasonable price. The bonus is the insulated cover for retaining heat. Buy a bromine starter kit and start learning about chemicals for the tub immediately. Love that its inflatable as its our newest put up in spring, take down in fall for seasonal fun! We could leave up in winter but wont. The energy efficient heater works well. We keep it constant on 99* and turn it up a couple hours before we want to get in. Fits 2 adults well. I love the tub however every 3 days it needs to be reinflated due to a slow leak that we can't find. Trying to get in touch with someone to discuss the problem. The information that comes with the tub tells you to call a # but that # tells to call a different division who tells you to contact seller. Amazon doesn't handle the issue--they tell you to call another #. So far there has been no resolution. I will update this as the journey continues. FOLLOW UP-- After repeated attempts to work with seller we are stuck with a hot tub that must be reinflated every other day(difficult procedure) Seller is unwilling to stand by their product. DO NOT BUY THIS TUB!!! UPDATE and more details: If you have a problem with your spa, Amazon asks you to try to resolve the issue with the manufacturer...OK, that's reasonable. We went to the manufacturer's website and chose the customer service link which expects you to have registered your hot tub already. Then they give you a selection of problems to choose from....which doesn't include an air leak. So we finally called the customer service number and literally sat on hold for 29 minutes. Finally a nice lady came on line and we explained that we had an air leak that, even after following the trouble shooting instruction, we were unable to locate. This required us to repeatedly empty the tub, re-inflate it and the look for a leak with a spray bottle filled with soapy water. We explained that after trying this twice, we still could not locate the leak and all we were asking for was a new liner...that had been quality tested and did not leak. She was very nice, said she understood and agreed to send this to their resolution department. She also suggested we go to the "chat" option and explain our problem there as well. We did so. But it was all clearly AI generated and answered detailed questions virtually instantly....finally saying it agreed we had a problem and would send in for resolution....and promised we would get an e-mail soon. Never got that e-mail. After two more weeks we finally called again and sat on hold....only 21 minutes this time...explained the whole problem to a different person who said he did not have access to the chat record...and said they would not do anything unless we could find the leak and send a photo of it. All a run around. Bottom line, if you buy this product and it is defective, you have to fix it yourself. Finally called Amazon, explained all of the above to their nice customer service person in some foreign country....and bless their hearts, they made it good. If I would give this 4.5 stars I could. It’s a wonderful product — large, sturdy, convenient — but with two issues: The first is Coleman’s fault: The included instructions are dreadful. Like don’t-bother-even-looking-at-the-included-instructions dreadful. Search on YouTube for a set-up video and go by that instead. The second is inherent in all inflatable hot tubs: The way it creates bubbles is by blowing in outside air. This cools the water temperature, sometimes quickly depending on the temp of said outside air. Which isn’t a problem if you want a luke-warm tub, only want to use it a few minutes at a time, or are content sitting in it sans bubbles. But it is otherwise. In contrast, a regular hot tub jets around already heated water, thus preserving the heat. Given the low cost , high convenience and quality of the YouTube installation instructions, I’m still pleased with the purchase and would make it again, even in hindsight. Just don’t expect this — or any — inflatable hot tub to be the equivalent of its non-inflatable cousin. ... show more

I tell people it is one of the best investments I have made. When I consider the cost of massages, chiropractor visits, and so on, it pays for itself. Easy to set up and comfortable. I was concerned just sitting it on a concrete patio, but it is very nice. After having this, I would never invest in a regular hot tub. But if that is what you think you want, buy one of these first, see how often you will use it, try different locations, etc. ... show more

This product is really easy to set up, but I've had issues with the motor. It leaks and I cannot find the source. This is also my second one. It's not Coleman's or Amazon's fault. It's the Mfg. The first one I bought from Sam's. It would not hold air and there were no leaks. The second one from amazon. The motor leaks water and I cannot find the source. All the seals and intact. Waiting to hear back from mfg. I am in it 2x/day some days. It's GREAT to relax in. Will not fit 4-6 people unless they are kids. ... show more
