This spa reaches up to 104ºF (40ºC) to provide ultimate relaxation as you are surrounded by 140 AirJet massage bubbles. Simply attach the pump and watch as it inflates. This spa includes two insulated covers for you to choose from - a standard cover and a specially constructed EnergySense® cover. The EnergySense cover is up to 40% more energy-efficient than similar inflatable spas, so your water stays hot and your energy bill stays low. The AirJet system features 140 jets which release bubbles from the bottom of the spa to create a warm, bubbling hot tub environment. These soothing bubbles will help you relax and unwind right from the comfort of your home. MaxHold™ fabric internal beams provide superior air pressure retention, stability and lightweight portability. This construction offers exceptional stretch resistance, allowing the spa to maintain its intended shape over time, no matter how many times you inflate and deflate it. Surrounded by a 3-layer DuraPlus™ outer layer, this spa is proven to be puncture and damage resistant. The included Freeze Shield™ automatic heating function prevents inner components from freezing during colder temperatures. Designed with innovative winterizing technology, the system will keep the internal temperatures between 42º and 50ºF (6º and 10ºC) to prevent damage. Our spas feature a Ground Detection System that ensures the spa is used with an outlet having a proper ground connection, providing additional electric current protection. Only use a grounded socket corresponding to the electrical rating of the attachment plug. NEVER use an extension cord or multi-plug adaptor. Be sure to regularly inspect both the plug and socket for signs of damage, and do not plug the product back into the socket if damage is found. Read the manual thoroughly before setting up your hot tub. Equipped with a pump that quickly inflates the spa, heats it up, runs filtration and controls the massage system, this spa is both easy and convenient. Buy a bromine starter kit and start learning about chemicals for the tub immediately. Love that its inflatable as its our newest put up in spring, take down in fall for seasonal fun! We could leave up in winter but wont. The energy efficient heater works well. We keep it constant on 99* and turn it up a couple hours before we want to get in. Fits 2 adults well. I bought this spa to replace my previous one, which was the Miami. I had put my previous one in storage for about a year, and when I said it back up, the filter heater pump unit was leaking. According to our research, this is usually due to a failed gasket. Trying to fix this sounded like too much work for me, so I decided it was time for a new spa. I built a better substantial insulated base for it to sit on. This is important especially if you live in a colder climate to insulate it from the cold ground. I essentially built a sort of deck for the base layer, I used two by fours and then crossed over deck boards. I then used 2 x 2 insulation foam squares that I duct taped together. The top layer are insulated basement subfloor squares also 2 x 2. All of the insulation I wrapped in plastic sheeting before putting on top of the decking. This should help keep it warmer in the winter. I left my last spa running year-round, even though I live in New England and it seemed to hold up just fine. This newer version claims to have an upgraded and more insulated Filter heater pump system. As long as the power goes out and it is constantly running there should never be a problem. This one definitely feels thicker and higher quality in terms of materials than the last one. It is slightly wider and deeper than the Miami as well. a couple inches difference in depth doesn't seem like much, but I am definitely noticing and appreciating it. I am also liking the new insulated cover. It is kind of like a blanket. It is somewhat of a hassle to take on and off, and I kind of wish it was just attached to the other cover, but I'm sure come winter I will really be appreciating the extra insulation. We have been using our tub in New England for three seasons. Putting up in late April and taking down in October. We use it several times a week and have had zero issues. It’s deeper than most hard seated tubs sit. Comfy and the effervescent quality of the bubbles feels most therapeutic than getting pounded in specific spots by jets. If we want to jet out back, we can sit near the return valve. Otherwise sometimes we just use it as a hot pool set at 100. Our doctors are happy with the overall health impacts and see a difference in both my husband and I during the winter months when not in use. My Md literally told me at my physical last April that I’d start feeling better in a few weeks when my hot tub goes back up. Haha. She was correct. We purchased another one this fall as a back up for when this current one goes. It’s super easy to clean. We empty and refill twice a season. And completely dry and store for the off season. This has been a cost effective, fun, medically rewarding, and a great investment decision ... show more

I don’t believe the bad instructions are an accident. They are just vague enough that you’re almost forced to call customer service. When you do, the first thing they ask for is your name and phone number “to create an account.” From there, the experience goes downhill: passive aggression, unnecessary back-and-forth, and psychological games when all I wanted was a simple answer to set up the spa. Quotes I stated on my actual call: “You don’t have to be passive aggressive. I’m just looking for information on how to set up my spa.” “OK, we have different definitions of what multiple functions means. Can we please just move on?” “I was just calling for instructions on how to set up your frustrating and confusing spa before returning it, can we please get to that without any more unnecessary back-and-forth or passive aggression please?” This was not an honest customer support experience. It felt designed to funnel me into Coleman’s ecosystem, not help me set up the product. The spa works once it’s running, but getting there cost me hours of stress, yelling in my household, and a ruined day. That’s not “relaxation” - it’s a masterclass in mental and emotional violence to get you to succumb to their ecosystem. Spend the $3000 and get an entry level hot tub, avoid Coleman. ... show more

After a year of use, we still love this hot tub. It is only suitable for two adult size persons, but that is fine for us. It is easy to set up, maintain and take down. No problems with air leaking. Held up very well packed up in the shed over the winter. My temperature reaches 104 everyday. Once it gets colder out, I use the second cover to help with that. In Mortheast Ohio I put it up in May or June and take it down around Halloween. ... show more

The spa is really easy to setup and fill. The pump has great bubble capacity, the heater leaves a lot to be desired, I live in Phoenix and it probably takes 6 to 8 hrs to get it to 104.
