Like others, I was disappointed to learn that while the description leads you to believe that it comes with a sidewall, it DOES NOT. Beyond that, I'm pleased with it. Relatively lightweight for transporting. Very quick and easy setup for 1 person, unless you're very short, like my GF,who is under 5 feet tall. Seems flimsy to some, but I believe the flexibility aids in its ability to flex but not break, if handled properly and with care. One thing I didn't see is the sidewall height. With the legs at their maximum height setting, it's just over 6 feet from the ground to the outside edge of the canopy. So taller people need to watch their heads. Another thing I was curious about was ability to shed rain. I wasn't concerned if the fabric wasn't 100% waterproof, but I didn't WA t it to pool in pockets. That's what killed my last canopy. I'm happy to say that at least when new, the fabric is taught enough to shed rain. The fabric is water repellant. If you've ever owned a tent, especially from Coleman, same type of fabric, so 3xpect the same water resistance. Perhaps periodic waterproofing spray helps, and maybe seam taping, if it's a huge deal, but I think for my use scenario it's fine. It rained about 5 minutes after I set it up. Not a sustained beating of rain, but a light steady shower for maybe 10 minutes. As shown in the pictures, the water was shedding as desired, and beading up, not soaking into the fabric. Running the back of my hand across the inside where there was water on the outside, my hand did not get wet. I am also using locally available weights on the legs, in leiu of the tie downs, as they're good, but always present a tripping hazard. So with the exception of the misleading sidewall issue, I am pleased with the purchase, and would recommend. ... show more

Bought this canopy because the advertised ease of use was a draw, but after one use it's apparent that because the locking mechanism is in the center of the frame there is no rigidity in the rest of the frame. If wind gets under the overhanging corners, it immediately collapses the arm and your canopy is loose. It is heavily reliant on the corner strings but if you have them too tight, wind will catch the canopy and it will snap the frame.
