  • look up collapsing directions on youtube, other than that great!
Simple as can be to open, but the directions to fold it down are all wrong, found a youtube video which shows how to fold it down in seconds.Looks great for our needs. OK, used it this weekend, worked great for me because I am 5'1.Taller friends had issues with it being a bit short, especially the zipper. It is nice and opaque, used it with a portapotty at a campsite, total privacy, has loops inside we could hang a coffee can with toilet paper on, even hung a little lantern on a rope inside it. Definitely needed to be staked down, but it sttod the test of a party weekend. Glad I bought it. ... show more

  • Awesome concept, pain in the behind to fold
I’m a photographer snd use this fir my clients at photo sessions to be able to change outfits and I kid you not, there has been a time or two when I folded it down to half way and carried it to the car basically half open because I was struggling so hard to get it to fold and then drive home w it fully extended in my car and spent a solid 30 minutes watching YouTube tutorials and attempting to fold it but it kept feeling like I was doing it wrong bc it doesn’t feel like it wants to go the way that is technically right…. Don’t get me wrong, it’s great and I will keep using it snd do recommend it but goodness y’all…. Maybe practice a few times before putting it to use bc I definitely looked like an idiot trying to fold that thing in the middle of a photo session… ... show more

  • Basic Lightweight Model - no frills. YOUTUBE how to fold it up!
This is your basic, lightweight, no frills privacy/dressing tent. Just what I was looking for. This tent does not have pockets or loops or hooks inside to hang clothing or stash small items. It does not have any ventilation windows above, or a zipper opening for a hanging solar shower unit. There is no floor in the unit, which is a bonus for my intended use. It DOES have two small pockets on the bottom edge of the tent into which one might stash a sock filled with sand to weigh the tent down, and it also comes with tent pegs to secure the tent to the ground. Both good options. The door opening, when fully unzipped is about 53" tall, okay for us shorties, or those who don't mind ducking a bit to enter. The height inside is comfortable for standing. One disappointment for me were the loops and toggles which will secure the tent door up when it is open. They are made of the same material as the tent, which doesn't have any strech to it, and are a very tight fit. They do work, I'm not secure with how long they would stay in good shape if they were used often. The tent is made to stand alone - it pops up quickly when taken from its case - and this is achieved by using some strong but flexible metal strips through a pocket that goes around the front and back edges. This makes putting it up simple, and even fun. Having those metal strips stored in a flexed position does cause the tent to stand up a bit twisted on one side when you first put it up. Like all of the stand-alone tents of this style there is a trick to folding it up and stashing it in its carrying bag. There are a number of Youtube videos which will make this easy for you. I got this to use for outings or emergency travel, so that if we have a need for a restroom while we are out for a drive we can avoid public restrooms. This, and my bucket toilet kit, has given us the option to drive to a remote area to hike, and still have private toilet facilities. I wish we had had this tent when we went camping this year! Next year my camping setup will be even more nifty! ... show more

  • Quality & Functionality A+
Great item! We put it in our garage with a commode during our bathroom Remodel. Worked like a charm, privacy and functionality.

  • Not good
The Tent is not sturdy at all. It does the job I guess. But if you want something that a little gust of wind won't take away do not get this

  • Where is one when you need one
Over the years I have noticed that a lot of parks don’t have bathrooms. If they do they aren’t where you have your activities at. A lot of play grounds don’t either. Try telling you little boy “you just have to hold it” and you have been in such situations. Such units are great for multiple types of issues. Changing on the beach or park is one too. I can remember using the back seat of the car as a changing room. Very uncomfortable for sure. With this unit it’s not an issue any more. I gave this unit to my son and his family. It’s very compact and very easy to deploy. It serves it purpose. It is very functional and the quality is very good. Go out and have fun and not to worry using your back seat any more. ... show more

  • Female in construction, THE BEST
This thing has saved my ass (literally) more times than I can count. Being a female in the construction industry I’m always outside in all weather conditions, with usually no bathroom. In New York, the 5 boroughs, we know nobody is letting you use their store bathroom anymore. No worries, I’ll take it to the street 😂 best if used in between 2 truck doors and voila. You’ve gotta porta potty. Don’t hesitate, this is the best privacy tent EVER. It’s compact, folds up easily. I’ve used it on sunny days, you can’t see in. Only out. I LOVE THIS!!! ... show more
