I have a few stray cats that visit my backyard and while I don't live in an area that gets a lot of rain, we do get some from time to time. I needed something that would protect the dry food I put out from the elements that wouldn't break the bank and wasn't going to take up a large amount of space. This really did the trick. It was incredibly simple to set up, popped right up and hasn't folded in on itself once. We have a gravity feeder and a rock on the inside to keep it down, but the tent itself came with stakes that we kept incase we ever move it off of the deck. This little tent is certainly durable as it has been whipped around in high winds, beaten by the southern California sun, and has kept the food dry from the few times it's rained. If it was being used for it's intended purpose, it would be the perfect size for someone to lay their head in to get some reprieve from the sun at the beach. This worked beautifully for what we needed and was an inexpensive solution.

Mine is NOT what's in the photos or in the description. There is NO vented air flow area on the back side for "high breathability" like in the photos. It's super flimsy and will just blow away if not tied down. And when it is tied down at the beach in the sand, it doesn't hold. The wind just lifts it right out. What a shame. I guess you get what you pay for. Also good luck trying to fold it back for storage.

We take our dog fishing and he likes to burrow under blankets but sometimes it too hot so we got him this little hut and put a dog bed in there and he snoozed all day in the shade on the boat while we fished. This had loops on a couple sides so you can anchor it into the ground. It came with stakes and a carry bag and an elastic to keep it closed. I put a carabiner on one of the loops and clipped it to a heavy bag on the boat so in case of high winds when he wasn’t in the hut, it wouldn’t get blown away. Will be taking it with us on our future trips.

The media could not be loaded. I feed a feral kitty in my backyard and wanted something to protect the food from the sun or rain. This fit the bill and has worked out great. The weight of the liners in the 'food tent' has kept it in place, but eventually I'll stake it down in the ground if wind becomes an issue. To keep the food from ants or other bugs, I place the ceramic food bowl in a larger bowl of water to create a "moat". This keeps critters from crawling into the food if the kitty hasn't arrived yet. I'm hoping to catch this little critter to get it vetted, but so far, no luck. Hopefully, I'm building trust to help get there. Note: to close the tent, get it flat first, take the bottom 2 corners and fold it like a taco shell. From there it will be easier to tuck in to full closure. Works with just about all these collapsible items.
