A.C. works great on my 31 foot airstream. easy to install. easy to get on roof with 3 people. one person on roof and 2 helpers on seperate ladders to bring it up. very happy with unit so far!

Really disappointed with what I spent $1,000 on. I have a fleet of trailers with rooftop AC units. I bought this as a spare over a year ago. Shame on me for not inspecting it immediately so I could send it back for a refund. Two of the three compressor mounts are completely unattached due to defective hardware and there's no way to replace them! I'll have to drill holes through the bottom and cinch them down with zip ties. Really, really poor craftsmanship and clearly no QC inspection of the unit before it was shipped. Also....one of the holes the mounting bolt screws into damaged the threads on the bolt. It screwed in 1/2" and then got stuck. Fortunately I was able to back it out and had a 1/4 - 20 tap I used to repair the threads. I haven't bothered contacting the seller about this as it's been 1.5 years since I received it....long, long past the 30 day return window. Shame on me for not inspecting it immediately lesson learned. I won't buy another Coleman AC unit again. Ridiculously poor craftsmanship for a $1,000 unit. With such lousy QC, I don't have much confidence this thing will last long....if it works at all. ... show more

So far it is performing well for an A/C in an RV. They can only do so much in 98⁰ weather, especially if cooking with gas indoors!! Would definitely recommend it if you are considering replacing yours.

Took my friend and I about 2 hours to install (which includes the equipment inside the RV. Nothing difficult other than lifting it up to the RV roof and running a new wire through the RV (since mine was not pre-installed. Running this wire took about 6 hours.) As to noise level... well, you're installing a non-ducted air conditioner about 4 feet from your sleeping head. You will hear it. ... show more

Receipt package Fine seems to be okay, but didn't even pull it out of box ended up not needing it. What to return it? Shipping was going to cost me $450. So now I sit on it. Hoping somebody this next summer. We'll need it so I can sell it
