We have been using this in our little motorhome in Belize. It pumps out cold air as well as any full size AC unit. We were able to put it over the front passenger window and it fit great and easy to install. It’s not very loud and the dehumidify works really well too. So glad we got this.

It's true that the unit blows cooled air but the inside unit leaks if not perfectly level and we can't get the drain hose to stay on. Please don't make the mistake that I did by wasting hard earned money on this product.

Tested the unit and it cools pretty good. Its quiet and the fan is quiet enough. It did not throw any breakers. However i gave it 4 stars becuz i didnt receive enough screws and gaskets. The hardware was thrown about in the box instead of neatly bagged. I will just go to ace hardward and buy some myself but disappointed in that. Install is easy enough. Im making modifications becuz my rv windows either pushes out or slides horizontally. But i was aware this would be needed prior to buying and have no issues with that. Definitely works best with vertical sliding windows. Overall so far so good. Now the real test is when summer hits. Update screws needed were 25 bucks. ... show more

    • It Definitely Cools
Not sure I can give this a great review since I can't really get it installed in my pool house until I do some window modifications. All the AI pictures and the video make it look like the brackets will work in any window set up. Not true. My window is nothing special...just a standard double hung window, but the brackets just don't fit well over the vinyl edging and the unit is heavy enough that it feels like the edging will crack if I hang the full weight on it. I did test the air conditioning capabilities and it really put out the cold air and cooled the space very quickly. Also, the part the connects the two pieces together looks like it should be very flexible in the photos...it is not. That coil is very stiff and really should not be manipulated too much lest you ruin it. The directions were also difficult to follow. One of my big pet peeves. I will eventually get this to fit by making my own bracket, but it was definitely not plug-n-play. ... show more
