It's so comfortable and really sturdy! I'm over 200 pounds and I can prop my feet up and lean back or sit up without compromising the sturdiness. It's easier to assemble if someone helps you, especially with the arm rests. It doesn't take longer than an hour and they give you the tools you'll need. The chair is very comfortable and it was very easy to assemble. The only complaint is that I wish the arms were adjustable. They do swing back but the height is not adjustable. I have to swing them all the way up to get close to my desk. If I adjust the height of the chair so the arms go under the desk, I am not at a comfortable height to type. Love this chair!!! It's not that hard to assemble, maybe need a second person for the last step (putting the back of the chair on). Looks exactly as pictured. Shipped quickly. Comfortable and everything works well so far. I was using a broken ottoman for a long time while working from home so, this is a greaaaaat upgrade :). *edit: had it for nearly a month now. Minimal squeeks, but still extremely comfortable. I am 5'5, about 150 lbs, if that makes a difference, and i find myself to be pretty comfy sitting for hours while working remotely. It's nice to lean back and go on my phone for a bit. Originally, while putting it together, thought the chair was odd as I felt like I was being pushed forward, but i had the seat on backwards HA. absolutely dont feel like that is the case for me! *edit 2 feb 2022 - chair is still great. can't believe ive had this chair for a year now, i thought it was like a few months... lol. anyway, i think the cushion part has gotten a bit flat, but i'm still pretty comfortable, nothing has broken at all, chair moves fine, i have a faux fur mat for the wheels and that has worked great. the combo of my desk + how far back i need to sit kind of sucks but i put a blown-up plushie version of a book so i'm not really far back. I ordered two of these for Christmas. They were fairly easy to put together and seem to be sturdy and not cheaply made. They are very comfortable and stylish looking. The lumbar massage is not over the top and is just enough to be relaxing. It does sometimes interfere with the sound in the headphones so might want to not plug it directly into the desktop. The cord on that could also be a bit longer. The back reclines back and there’s multiple spots to adjust how far back you go. We are very happy with this purchase! ... show more

Exactly as pictured. Leans back exactly as advertised: a lot! Lumbar support is just okay; the balloon that inflates inside the chair sits very low on the back/top of the butt. The bulb used to inflate the lumbar support is on a very short hose, so we have to constantly move it out of the way so we don’t sit on it. However, it’s easy to use to inflate/deflate. Another very small complaint is that the rise/lower lever sits too far back on the underside of the chair, so when you’re sitting in the chair it’s kind of awkward to reach. Comfort is pretty good. the chair looks good, the 5 arm base is heavy duty metal instead of plastic and the arms push up and back out of the way which is much better than ones where arms go up and down. The only bad things are it squeaked bad first day when leaning back but some white lithium grease took care of that, and after a couple of months the gas lift is going out and will randomly start dropping, will have to replace it with a better quality lift. ... show more
