Definitely cannot say a bad thing about this chair. Its regularly priced at around $370 which to be honest for the quality is not asking alot. I picked it up on sale for $200 & that is honestly an absolute steal. Its insanely well built. The lumbar support pump is perfect for contouring. The base is solid metal. The cushions are super comfortable. The only thing I did was change the wheels to some nice solid glider wheels that I had laying around in the box, making it a few inches taller. But the wheels it comes with are well made. They roll smooth & support the chair perfectly fine. I dont weight 500lbs but I am 210, 5 foot 9 & it fits me perfectly. This chair is amazing. I am very pleased with the quality and support of this chair. I was looking for a gaming chair for large people. Instead of flashy colors on a chair I went with comfort. This chair replaces a recently purchased chair that would kill my tailbone from a different manufacture. After just an hour in the old chair I would be in pain. Now I can sit in this chair all day and game without issue. I feel like I am sitting on a rolling recliner. I did switch out the manufacturer's wheels for rollerblade wheels so I cannot give a review of them. The big arm rests are great and comfortable when sitting back holding a controller. The adjustable head rest is really nice. I do wish it locked in better as it will go down easily when moving chair by pushing the top. But it easily raises back up. This is not an issue for me at all. Once I set the lumbar support, I have not had to readjust it. Would purchase again in the future and will purchase one when I replace my work office chair. ... show more

This chair is great. Every time I sit down in it I seriously smile. I am quite tall and a little over weight so I was looking for a chair that would fit my physique. This chair has space to spare which never happens. I feel like I can move in it! The chair is super comfy without feeling so cushy that you want to fall asleep in it. Lastly, the customer service department was so easy to work with. Again, I am quite tall and the chair was not quite high enough for me. The company sent me a replacement gas lift with extra inches on it and voila, I have the best chair I have ever sat in for work. I'd give this chair and company 6 stars if I could. ... show more

It’s a nice well made chair Butt……no padding for my a$$ after sitting for 20 min I sink to the plastic like there is no padding. It’s also too tall for my size. I’m 5’ 9” and 300lbs for reference.

    • Sort of hard to lean back
It's sturdy and comfy. So far so good. Ine thing about it is that it doesn't recline and I miss tgat from my other chairs. It also isn't easy to tilt. I have to prop my feet on something or push against something to get it to tilt back. The instructions said something about balancing the chair, but I don't know what tgat is or how to do it. After returning a Serta and Lazy Boy chair, this is the best chair. And cheaper than the other two brands. Recommend 100 percent. For reference I’m 290 lbs 5’11. Work as a software developer and play games.
