The first product we received, the lid did not have a hole in it. We returned it, and we were sent a replacement promptly. Loving it, and my husband is now enjoying his Old Fashions even more.

This was a Xmas gift for my spouse, and it was a big hit. The torch works good and it comes with a bunch of little tools to help with filling and cleaning up the smoker. We've only used it to smoke bourbon, but it's worked really well. We weren't sure of how strong the smoke would be so we've been working our way with progressively longer smokes to find the sweet spot. Based on the description I'm sure you've noticed that it doesn't come with the butane needed for the torch. I bought the little canister you fill zippo lighters with and it works just fine. We haven't used that much so far.

I’ve been using this for about 6 months now and still cant figure out why I wasn’t getting any smoke in the glass. Not sure if it’s the wood chips or the design of the cup cover.

The first thing is the great carrying case for me so I can easily bring these to parties for cocktails. Then getting into the case, everything is organized and easy to use right away. The selection of the wood is fun to see how all of my old cocktails change with the new flavor, so I'll be having to buy more. The smoker works great and I can't wait to try even more combinations.
