The media could not be loaded. I am so happy with my new portable cleaner! I have been wanting something small and effective to clean some spots on couch cushions and small areas on my carpet, and this cleaner absolutely delivered! Suction is powerful and the size is perfect. You can see after a few sprays and some scrubbing with the brush head, it easily removed chocolate that has been on my light beige couch cushion for a couple of months. I also used it to clean the center traffic section of the carpet on my stairs. It took about 2 canisters to clean the 16 stairs and revive the carpet. The machine fits really well on the stair tread and it worked great. Cleaning the machine and attachments is very easy and compact to store. I highly recommend this cleaner!
