I have not yet put the tent up but am giving it one star for now. This may change after I assemble the tent. The instructions say in large bold letters that "THIS GAZEBO MUST BE SECURED TO THE GROUND WITH ANCHORS AND GUY ROPES." This is not apparent from any of the photos or videos on Amazon, where the ropes do not appear anywhere, and they are not mentioned in the description. We want to use this on a hard surface so anchors and ropes are not possible. None of the reviews that I have seen mention this either.

Just received our 10x15 canopy and set it up before our camping trip next month. Overall we like it. It is bulky and quite heavy but not unmanageable. My husband and I put it together in about an hour without looking at the directions once. It will take us maybe half that time next time. The velcro to attach the sidewalls is pretty tedious but it seems like it will be perfect for keeping out rain. You have to make sure the walls and top are lined up perfectly or else it will be very difficult to put the velcro together. We plan on putting our inflatable sectional on one side and our camping kitchen on the other.

Here's a follow-up to my reviews as of 11/20/2024... I was contacted by the seller in response to my review whereupon I was ensured that the issue of the broken parts would be resolved. I'm upgrading my rating to five stars because the canopy is a great product. Hopefully, their customer service has also been upgraded. Time will tell as we see this saga reach a conclusion... ********** This is in follow-up to my original four-star review, which has deteriorated to a one-star review because COBIZI customer service, which I strongly suspect is an AI-generated response, has been terrible. COBIZI customer service has given me a run-around for two months and have failed to replace two broken parts, one of which is a critical corner connector. Twice they blamed their shipper for damaging the packages containing replacement parts, making the packages undeliverable. To their credit, they offered me a $20 rebate, but I deem that as "hush-and-go-away" money. Now they want me to repackage and return the 100-lb canopy upon which they'll charge me a restocking fee. All this trouble for two replacement fittings. Bottom line is they've had more than eight weeks to send replacement parts and have failed miserably. Add to that is this extremely frustrated customer. Originally, I was pleased to learn how easy it was to set up this canopy. It is sturdy, except for the corner where the broken connector is. The canopy is hefty (~100 lbs), so it's pretty much a two-person minimum set-up. I was disappointed to find two of the plastic connectors were cracked when we first expanded the frame, which started this saga of poor customer service.

We bought this canopy to have for shade and protection against the occasional thunderstorm in south Georgia. After we encountered our first rain, I looked outside and saw that the rain had puddled on one corner causing it to stretch the canopy. Then, one of the other corners did the same. It's still ok for shade, but I'm disappointed. The frame is solid and sturdy. Maybe I didn't have the canopy stretched out enough? I would buy again. If it rains, pay close attention to the corners. Maybe even take the canopy cover down during rain.
