It has a sweet, fruity, candy-like taste that's just perfect. I never really was a Swedish Fish candy eater, but I can’t get enough of this drink! I seriously look forward to cracking open a can every time. It’s not too sugary, with a perfect balance that gives you just the right amount of energy and focus without the dreaded crash. The 16oz cans are the perfect size, and I love how Ghost packs that much-needed energy boost while keeping the flavors fresh and exciting. I’ve been buying these all year long, and every time it’s like rediscovering that childhood candy with an awesome energy kick. I did have one instance where half of my shipment arrived damaged, but no worries—Amazon was super quick to send out a replacement case. Excellent customer service, as always! Now, I’m back to enjoying my Swedish Fish cans with no interruptions. I really hope this flavor sticks around because it is hands down the best in their lineup. Taste like grape juice. I love these - a nice energy burst instead of coffee. When I’m doing a lot of exercise or not getting enough sleep I will have one of these over ice and sip it during the afternoon, especially during the summer. They’re great! A bit expensive unless you catch it on sale.

No sugar which is great and this energy drink has become a staple but it is also very acidic so watch out if you have very thin teeth like me. I often find it increasing my sensitivity by a lot so a sensitivity toothpaste daily is essential for me since I drink these daily. The feeling or energy from these is great, I have been drinking similar ones like G fuel for years and this gives me significantly more energy. A quick tip though is many dollar trees have Gfuel available so if you need sugar free energy drinks like me, they provide cheaper deals - currently dollar tree has G fuel for 1.25$ a can which is quite cost effective compared to Ghost. Drinkability is mixed with Ghost, they are strong drinks. I often find G fuel being very refreshing and enjoyable while Ghost is very concentrated. Comparison - Gfuel vs. Ghost ingredients and focus Ghost: Focus - Cognitive function, energy metabolism, and premium/transparent sourcing. Caffeine - Natural from coffee beans Nootropics - Alpha-GPC, NeuroFactor™ Coffee Fruit Extract. Performance - Carnipure® L-Carnitine L-Tartrate, Taurine. What makes it unique - AstraGin® (absorption enhancer), transparent proprietary blends. Sweeteners - Sucralose, Acesulfame Potassium. Gfuel: Focus - support for focus and antioxidants. Super delicious, just wish it was packaged better. 3 cases(36 cans) in one box is a bit too much, also would be nice if it was labeled contents under pressure so the boxes aren't thrown onto my porch. I love this stuff! I purchased Ghost energy drink after finding out about it through some of my favorite Twitch streamers were talking about and drinking it. Could not find it in stores near me, so decided to try on Amazon and I found a nice stash online. I decided to try only 1 flavor to atart - Orange Cream, and let me tell you it tastes just like the popsicle with a nice soda like texture. The other reason I wanted to try it was because it is sugar free and I am trying to avoid extra sugar in my diet. The drink tastes great, it does give spurts of energy, so if drinking slowly, it should help keep your energized for a long duration. I would not recommend chugging and drinking more than one as it does have 200mg caffiene - it tastes like soda, shouldn't be drank like one... too much caffiene that quick is not good especially if you have heart/blood pressure issues. All in all, this drink does what it was intended to do. I did drink one super fast one day and did have some quick heart beats at first, but slow and steady since then and it has been a great pick me up during midday, or a good way to start my day when on early morning shift work. It is low sodium, low carbs, good option for Vitamin C, B6, B3 & B12 - the main thing that helps keep that long lasting energy along with the caffiene. I plan to purchase more, try out different flavors. I am excited to see some flavors like the faze pop and sour patch style flavors, so definitely going to give them a try. A great option also for those who do not like drinking coffee, but want that boost.
