I do wish it would memorize the settings since I have to get the 3 different settings right and lower each of the 3 settings each time, which clients need to be patient for. They also need a hook for the controller at the head of the bed since that is where the practitioner is for most of the treatment. It hasn’t all been perfect, but the table is great. I received it and the box was shredded, but that’s on the delivery people and because of the minimal damage to the table I was given a $300 refund. Down the line a bit the motor started breaking down. The company sent me a replacement part and scheduled a consultation with their repairman. The customer service has been great, so overall I’m quite happy. Hopefully it will have longevity. It’s definitely worth the money. ... show more
