The media could not be loaded. I turned on the phone admiring how near perfect the device looked with little to no wear on the edges of the phone and the screen looking pristine. To my surprise I was met with a cracking noise when I first opened the foldable. I at first shrugged it off believing it would go away in a matter of days, but after three days the cracking sound only grew more prominent. I called Amazon support and contacted the seller who responded with automated messages, eventually settling with a refund for the device not being in the excellent refurbished condition I had paid for. I understand that the seller does not have much control over the internal quality of these newer styles of foldables, but if the seller had tested the phone the defect would have noticeable. ... show more

Description and advertising were not the same. Had a buy NEW option but said was refurbished. Then upon arrival the internal screen had something poking up behind it and had killed a bunch of pixles.
