This was extremely frustrating. It is a nice phone, and in great condition. But it is still locked to another carrier, so it is unusable for me. It says it is unlocked, but it is not. I just spent most of my afternoon/evening trying to figure out how to get my new phone set up on my existing phone line with a different carrier, only to find out it is still locked to another carrier. Bought a refurbished pixel 9 fold in good condition and I was actually surprised how well it looked. No screen damage just a little costmetics imperfections but not bad at all. Great battery life. No issues and absolutely love this phone and will never switch from a folding phone. Delivery was fast, mine didn't come with original packaging but that's okay. The best part is the phone came with a 11 month warranty which is why I choose to go with this Amazon refurbished phone. It also gives a 90 day return window since it's Amazon refurbished. The media could not be loaded. I turned on the phone admiring how near perfect the device looked with little to no wear on the edges of the phone and the screen looking pristine. To my surprise I was met with a cracking noise when I first opened the foldable. I at first shrugged it off believing it would go away in a matter of days, but after three days the cracking sound only grew more prominent. I called Amazon support and contacted the seller who responded with automated messages, eventually settling with a refund for the device not being in the excellent refurbished condition I had paid for. I understand that the seller does not have much control over the internal quality of these newer styles of foldables, but if the seller had tested the phone the defect would have noticeable. ... show more
