I'm frustrated with the misleading installation instructions provided for the cat door. The package claimed that the installation process would be simple and quick, but it turned out to be quite the opposite. The templates provided were not accurate, and the measurements for the telescopic tunnel were off, making it challenging to fit the door securely into the wall. I had to spend hours trying to adjust and reposition the components to get it to fit correctly. The magnetic flaps on the cat door are incredibly noisy and disruptive. Every time my dog goes through the door, the flaps slam shut loudly, causing a disturbance in the house. This noise startles both my dog and me, and it's becoming a source of stress for my pet. I understand that the magnetic closure is meant to keep the flaps in place, but the intensity of the noise is excessive and unnecessary. I wish the manufacturer had considered a more silent or dampened closure mechanism to avoid such disturbances and ensure a more peaceful environment for both my dog and me. ... show more
