  • Serves its purpose
Size: 55 x 54 x 55
This pen serves its purpose. There are tons of pieces for customizations and size needs. Only disappointment was that there were no ramps included so we had to kind of make our own shelves and the cats have to jump or scale the side of the pen to get to the shelves. Could be a little sturdier, but it serves the purpose we need it for. ... show more

  • Our cats love it
Size: 41 x 28 x 55
We got new kittens and this was and still is a great place for them to feel safe while they were getting used to our house. We did purchase different door latches - the ones that came with it sucked. And we put an old plastic mat under it - it used to be so an office chair could roll on carpet. The biggest complaint is we wish it came with more doors. Really even one more would be ideal. Or, failing that, I wish you could purchase more doors separately. ... show more

  • Great Product

Great product, absolutely love it. My only issue was it was missing two of the stabilizing pieces for the ledge.

  • Some issues but worth the money
Size: 55 x 54 x 55
So this was a chore to put together but my ADHD loved it. When together it is super large, in the highest part I can stand in it which was what I wanted. May actually get another smaller set to make it taller through the whole kennel. I had to use 4 panels from another set to complete this to the size/shape I wanted (the clear pannels seen in picture) For the record I help run a cat rescue and this kennel is for my in-home fosters. There are other regular kennels in the edges of the picture for isolation and recovery. Cons: *This is NOT the kennel for you if you have cats that desperately want out but perfect for my momma cat, her sister, and the 4 little babies to comfortably have enough room. A cat that -really- wants out of this could bust it open or even pull up the bottom if they tried really hard. *Doors are small and the clips they come with are terrible. I ended up ditching the clips and using clips made for power cord storage. Velcro straps would also work well. *I thought when buying the bigger set it would come with the shelves but it did not. The description was not very clear. Side bonus though, it's big enough to put a rather big cat tree in! *Sooooo many zip ties. I didn't use them all, only reinforcing the bottom edge and at spots where it was clearly not connecting well. *doors, even when made to be tall, are not easy to get in and out of. I'm a fairly small person and it's still a bit of a struggle to get in and out and pull the litterbox out to clean. Pros: *Super easy to clean in general. *Roomy! This thing is tall and big and perfect for multiple cats *it takes up space without feeling like it's dominating the room. This is harder to explain... it takes up about a 4th of my small kitten room but the way it's made doesn't feel like a bulky cage so the room doesn't feel closterphobic. *It did take me a long time to put together but it's so versatile! Can be made to fit in any space and even make turns and tunnels if you like. I love that I can change it to suit the needs of the cats inside or the confines of the room. *Can buy other sets and use to make the enclosure even bigger! ... show more

  • This thing does the job BUT..
Size: 41 x 28 x 55
This thing does what it's supposed to do which is keep 3-three month old rescue kittens enclosed while I'm at work with enough room for a litter box, food, water and 3 hammocks. But it was definitely way over priced, cheap, and a NIGHTMARE to put together! A few suggestions if you decide to purchase this for CATS: 1. Go ahead and purchase hammocks, food and water bowls that attach to the cage, a tarp to go underneath it, 4 or 5 all-metal chip clips and a covered litter box. I added these on after I had them in the cage for a few days and I would have saved myself a ton of cleaning and headaches had I just purchased these when I ordered the cage. First thing they did was spill the water and food and spin out of the litter box at a high rate of speed throwing litter everywhere. The panels that were made for them to lay on and the roof panels are made of a flimsy swimming pool liner-like material, the ramps are wire and my 3 kittens want no part of either of them so we removed the ramps all together, and just hung hammocks. They just use the panels to jump into the hammocks, not to lay on at all as I think it causes static in their fur. 2. Also the door clips that hold the doors closed are small, plastic and a pain. I replaced them with heavy duty metal chip clips that clip around the entire two pieces of wire; they're much easier to use and the cats can't remove them or push the doors open. 3. The instructions are vague so prepare for LOTS of trial and error! Took nearly two hours for 3 of us to figure out the correct way and to put it together successfully. The black plastic clips that hold the cage together were definitely not explained in detail so you'll put the same section together several times before you figure it out. Also, prepare to zip-tie everything! It comes with 200 small zip-ties and you'll need them all to reinforce the panels. 4. Be sure when you put the sections together that the wire weld is to the outside of the cage! We had to dismantle an entire section after realizing we assembled it with the wire to the inside. If you put the wire weld to the inside, when they climb the cage they're going to have bloody little paws. 5. None, and I repeat NONE of the panels were exactly square. The corners were warped and some of the edges were more rounded than straight which makes putting it together twice as hard! Bottom line, the only reason I kept this despite all the flaws was because I didn't have another week to send this back and reorder another better-made cage, I needed a cage pronto. Had I done some research I probably would not have chosen this one but as I said, it does the job with some modifications, lots of frustration and several add-ons. ... show more

  • Convoluted, but does the job
Size: 41 x 28 x 55
If it isn't clear, you're putting several small cage parts together to build a larger enclosure. It's convoluted in several ways, but once you do understand how to put it together, the cage does get the job done. My rambunctious kitten has never gotten out of it. The package comes with 2 large bags of zipties so even if you mess up and have to clip off zipties to re-do stuff, there are plenty more. The floor can fit a litterbox, scratching post, and small cat bed. There are 3 platforms for the cat to jump on. (Fat cats might knock these platforms out though, as my rambunctious kitten has done so a few times from just being that energetic and rowdy.) Make sure to consider putting some distance between the cage and other objects in the room, because your pet might reach out and drag items into the cage (which my kitten has done several times from us not being aware or careful). ... show more
