I spent a little over an hour putting it together and from the first moment I sat in it I was totally blown away by the comfort and quality of this chair. Not a bad chair. Very comfortable for a home office. I would have liked the back piece to recline back a bit more, a little too stiff. Very comfortable on the rear!! Not sure it is worth $105.00, but then again, maybe this is on the cheap side of chairs. Very very easy to put together. I was intimidated by all the pieces, but took no more than 20 minutes to put together. FYI Most of the pieces are in the zipper in the back of the chair!!

When I opened the box of pieces, I felt I’d spend the rest of my office hours sitting on an old wooden orange crate. After a couple of days wishing I knew a handyman, and while resting my sore back, I glanced at the assembly directions. (Back story: the last time I tried to put something together, a dog cushion (yes, big, rectangular, zippered pillow, not dog house, my daughter had to fix it so the dog could use it.) Back to this chair: The directions were given in pictures in 1-2-3 steps with arrows instead of words. I started with pushing the wheels into the chair legs/feet/thingy. (I don’t know what that part is called because, like I mentioned, there were no words). A few more images later I had a FULLY ASSEMBLED OFFICE CHAIR using only a screw driver!! Me! Me, whose daughter laughed just because I wasn’t able to assemble a stupid dog cushion! I DID IT, and I’m very proud of myself! It’s beautiful, comfortable, rolls smoothly on the carpet mat, and even has lumbar support. My daughter keeps asking the neighbors which one put my chair together, but I don’t care because I know I DID IT! This is definitely a five-star customer reviewed chair!

Chair was a week late..ok. Once I put the chair together and sat down....seat Cushion is lopsided. You set down and lean to the right. The mounting mechanism is shaky. I would return it but its not worth the time to do so. If it last a year I'll be lucky.. Not well made! Save yourself the hassle and go sit on a chair at a store and buy it there.

Thought it was shipped with missing parts, however they were stored inside the seat back. The seat back feels a bit fragile with missing cushions (they opted to smuggle the parts in the seat rather than put cushions in the seat). When you press it you hear air deflating and there is nothing to stop the back from ripping since it is literally just fake leather wrapped around nothing but air with a zipper. It also doesn't seem like it will hold someone with a lot of weight as it doesnt lean and is held with lossely connecting screws. After assembling, I decided to use my older, more durable chairs as I know some of my visitors will be larger and this wouldnt work for them. Afraid someone will lean back and crack the seat, and also afraid a larger person might squeeze into the chair and push the side arms out of place. I just wouldn't feel comfortable asking a guest to sit in these unless they were smaller framed or kids.
