It malfunctioned as I opened the package. I haven't been able to repair it, even with a new motor being sent to me, so I wasted so much money. Even during the return window, the seller didn't want me to return it and wouldn't pay or reimburse me for the shipping cost to return it. I was genuinely enthusiastic about integrating the Circooter Raptor Pro into my daily commute, drawn by its promising specifications and sleek design. Initially, I was impressed by its performance and the convenience it offered, making my transition to eco-friendly transportation seamless. Regrettably, my experience was marred by several technical issues. The brake disc rotor unexpectedly bent, compromising the scooter’s safety and braking efficacy. Additionally, the rear brake light detached shortly after use, which is a concerning defect in terms of visibility and safety compliance. Furthermore, upon receiving and inspecting the scooter, I observed that the packaging was damaged, with the Styrofoam insert broken when I opened the box. This indicates potential issues with quality control in packaging and handling. While I appreciate the innovative design and potential of the Circooter Raptor Pro, these issues have impacted my overall satisfaction and confidence in the product. The scooter itself was great for the few of weeks it lasted. The rim cracked and i notified the seller immediately and they responded that they would send a new tire, however, it wasnt the tire it was the rim. I tried to just ask for replacement parts instead of a refund and now they are not responding! I can't believe they would do this after the amount ive spent on this and asked for help. This is ridiculous! UPDATE: Rating a 4 star now :) After speaking with the company, they reimbursed me funds to get it fixed. That was nice of them, but it was a major hassel to find someone to fix it! So they tried to make things right and i appreciate that. ... show more
