This treadmill works so well for my family and I. It is compact, easy to assemble and store when not in use, user friendly with Bluetooth, and it can support up to 400lbs! I've owned other brands that were too bulky/heavy or were not easy to control and ended up getting rid of them from losing interest. This treadmill, however, is the perfect size and is very easy to use! Controls are simple and reliable, plus it has voice-control functionality with the command word "hey Coco!" and it responds like your mobile device! Very neat feature when you want to go hands free while on a morning jog! I've been using it comfortably now with no issues, using it to control my music volume. I also like the red safety cord that safely slows the treadmill to a stop, and not abruptly to where it would hurt your knees or try to kick you over the front haha! Incline function works perfectly and is manageable. I have comfortably lost 50 pounds since I've bought this treadmill, using it 45 minutes every morning. I foresee having this around for a few years with constant use. My family and I highly recommend thia treadmill if you're looking for something compact, durable and easy to use & store! We like it. Much smaller and lighter than our last one. Seems well put together and sturdy. Don't care all that much for the voice activated start and other commands though there are work arounds. The speed indicated on the screen is much different than the old machine. Was I working harder then than needed with the old one or not hard enough with new? Hmm. The other thing I don't care for is the underside of the hand holds: where the fingers grip is not smooth but open to whatever is under there. I'll probably glue some scrap plastic from the last mill there to smooth it out. ... show more

This is a great treadmill. You can adjust the handles but I haven’t needed to do that. I use the incline and different speed functions everyday. I also can track my progress with all of the information functions on it. It was easy to put together and then we rolled it into a corner in the spare bedroom. You will get a great workout on this machine. I added 2 small clip on fans to the front because it doesn’t have a fan. But It is a great value for the money. Don’t hesitate to purchase. Subject: Swift response and replacement unit due to a Safety Concern Electrical Shock while using CIIHI Treadmill The seller took care of the defective unit in record time and with concern. I will leave the electrical issue in the review in case someone else has this problem. The treadmill functions well. I informed the seller of a safety issue with the CIIHI Treadmill, purchased on Amazon. While using the treadmill for the first few weeks, I experienced small electrical shocks on several uses of the unit. Today I experienced what was for sure an electrical shock. Each time this happened, it was while holding on to the plastic handles and touching the metal strip underneath the plastic handles. This occurred during normal operation, no extension cord and raised concerns about the unit’s electrical safety and grounding. To ensure proper documentation and resolution, I asked the seller's assistance with the following: 1. Has this issue been reported previously by other customers or in any internal safety reviews? 2. Is the unit UL-certified or tested for electrical safety compliance under U.S. standards? 3. to confirm the grounding requirements for safe operation, and whether a GFCI outlet is recommended? 4. Are there any known recalls or advisories related to this model? 5. Should Consumer Protection be notified for future reference Seller informed me they had no other claims so hopefully this was an isolated problem. ... show more
