This is a great tread mill, I had a bit of issue with the shipping but when I reached out Amazon was quick to get back to me, it was well packaged however there was a split in the cord, picture attached, doubt it will bother the treadmill as it doesn’t show exposed wires. We had to align the running pad but that was pretty easy. Set up was also easy..Love this treadmill so far, it’s quiet and easy to walk on. It dues not have a cushy pad so maybe hard on some running knees, but I’m only walking. The value for the money.. excellent!! Speed control is my voice or button, simple to use. The media could not be loaded. My husband and I looked through a lot of treadmills and thought this one was appealing as it says it can hold up to 400 pounds. There is an app that can be used with it for it to be voice controlled I haven’t installed it yet. Pros: holds 350+ pounds Height is adjustable Easily folds Great for small apartment Cons: HORRIBLE NOISE- resolved Shipping took too long Cup holders are a weird shape I have to stuff my water bottle in them Update 3/5/25: The seller reached out to us with steps to have the noise issue resolved and now it is not making the noise! It is now quiet. Just be prepared to wait a while for shipping but this is a good quality treadmill that is perfect for small apartments. My husband is 6 ‘ and I am 5’5 and we can both use it. I ordered this expecting it to take a while and it arrived early so that was nice. Finally able to use it after foot surgery and it was easy to move around and set up.
