Stool arrived very quickly and packed very well. Was super easy to put together... probably took 10 minutes. We had one small issue. Our counter would only accommodate 5 stools. We found these stools sold in sets of 2. And then I found this single stool made by the same company and it looked exactly the same and was the same color so I ordered 1 single stool also. But, It was smaller and a little bit different in color. Contacted Chita to see if this was a mistake or perhaps a fluke and we could get a replacement. They responded immediately and told us that this single stool is a little different than the ones sold in pairs. But, instead of returning it they offered us a very generous discount and we could keep it.. which we chose to do. I just ordered one more single and we're using them in a different part of the house. Great customer service!

I have been looking for a counter stool that looked modern and clean but that also had a high enough back for comfort and this stool is it! It’s the perfect height, very comfortable, and swivels completely around. It arrived in 4 days and was packaged very well. There was a few nicks on the wood but You can only see when examining the chair. This counter stool was well worth the money!!!! I got the color stone grey and it’s the perfect color. I added felt pads and it’s so easy to slide around! Highly recommend!!!!!

I bought 2 chairs to replace the bar chairs I already had. The packaging was well done all items were completely covered. I only had to put in 4 screws to attach the chair to the legs that were already assembled. The chairs are well made and comfortable to set in with a swivel.

These are going to be used around our peninsula in our new kitchen remodel. I was a bit disappointed to learn that no color swatches were available so I ordered on faith. The grey color seems to have a hint of a green undertone but is going to work well with our walnut cabinets, green backsplash, and quartz countertops. Assembly was easy and I do appreciate the metal bar on the front step to help provide protection. The seats are soft but seem substantial. They are, however, completely lacking in lumbar support. But, these aren’t seats that I’ll be sitting in for hours, so I’m not overly concerned about that. The overhang of the seat also seems larger than I would expect, so it seems like me feet don’t have a natural place to rest (I’m 5’7”). I’ve found that if I pivot the seat to an angle and put each foot on a different cross bar, it’s better for me. Friends have tried it out and described it as “very comfortable” so it may be very individualized.

I bought 5 of these barstools. They arrived within a few days in 1 shipment in perfect condition. They are packed really well. It took about an hour to assemble all 5. They are very sturdy and really comfortable. They are exactly what I wanted and I have received compliments by everyone that has seen them.

Color was perfect. but height was not what we expected. Had to return both of them, seller finally agreed to refund our money after we provided proof of damage to one of the stools. Make sure you are precise on the measurements, they are not 26" in height. But the material and color are nice.
