I really like these chairs. They are comfortable, but very firm (4 stars). I was expecting them to be softer after reading other reviews. I also though a swivel chair meant rotating. It does not. These stools do swivel, but it takes effort, and they do not remain in the swiveled direction, but rotate back instead. They are sturdy, but lightweight and easy to move. That is a great feature that my 89 year old dad really loves. He can easily slide the stool away from the counter to sit down. I like that they are sturdy enough to support him and will not topple easily. I bough the blue PU leather and I really like the color and silver studs. I was going to buy 5 stools for my very long counter, but bought 4 because others mentioned these are large. I do not agree and I will be purchasing a 5th when they are back in stock. Overall I am pleased with the look, sturdiness and comfort of these stools and I do recommend. ... show more

We purchased 3 of these chairs for our new home that we'll be moving to in December. I researched counter stools until I was blue in the face. It took several days to finally narrow the choices. The Number 1 factor was price. I was also intrigued by the idea of no assembly. I had never heard of the Chita Brand before but this chair hit all the marks for what our family needed. They were shipped quickly by Chita using Fedex. The chairs were received in a timely manner and sure enough each chair was fully assembled. When we opened the box we were blown away with the care and the large amount of packing material used for each chair. It's been a long time since we've received something so generously wrapped. We had no marks, scuffs. Everything arrived perfectly. We were very happy with the quality of construction and the materials used. I put the chairs outside so I could spray Scotchgard Fabric Protector on them. The material handled it great with no discoloration. So far this is a great chair for the price point. One of the issues in finding a decent chair was how expensive some of them are now. We will definitely be looking to Chita for additional furniture pieces for our new home. ... show more

These are beautiful comfortable chairs. However, I did not realize that the plastic floor gliders on the bottom of the legs were scratching my LVP flooring horribly! Do not, do not set these on Vinyl or wooden floors without immediately replacing these plastic buttons! They are rough on the bottom and I believe they are undersized for these chair legs. I live in a brand new apartment complex and I’m sure I will be charged way more for the damage these buttons caused than I spent on these two chairs! ... show more

I was so so unsure if I should purchase as it is such a challenge to gage color. What is Creamy Gray color!?! Well if it is in an area of linen color, creams, off white or taupe it will blend nicely and it was what I was looking for. I looked through all the pictures and reviews to see if this was going to be gray or beige. I think this color is a chameleon. It is a lovey creamy light taupe color.
