Basically hockey pucks with a nipple. They stay in place which is nice to get lift or jack lined up. Nice case, just keeping in the hatch so they are always in the car.

They work great, you really need this set in order to use your floor jack. The rubbery smell is really bad though, good thing they come in a small zipper case. Having said that, it's a must that you carry a set of this on your car, not all tire shops carry them in case you get a flat.
