I love this bag! The leather is super nice. Pebbled and grainy, very nice weight leather. I got the "sorrel" color. It's a lot like Coach's "British Tan" color in person. It really does look like a sorrel horse in shade, lol. The dye process has effected a faint ombre cast to the color, which I love. It has subtle shading variations, very pretty, which all natural leather has. It does have a slight sheen to it. Not super shiny, but this is not a matte leather. The hardware and zippers are silver, and nice quality. The zippers track smoothly. I like that there are rivets attaching the carry/shoulder strap to the bag, and not just stitching, since I tend to load my bags to capacity. The included cross-body strap is also nice quality and is long enough that even a taller person can use it. I am 5'9" and sometimes cross body straps are too short for me to use. This one will work for everybody. The interior is satin lined, roomy. This is just an excellent bag for the money, I am very pleased and will be a repeat customer for this company. Planning to buy the same bag in violet :)

I honestly did not expect this handbag to be of such excellent quality given the price. I have seen bags in stores that cost several hundred dollars that were not of the quality of this bag. The leather exterior is just gorgeous--the color is uniform and is a beautiful, rich color; the workmanship is top notch. The interior reflects the same excellent workmanship and attention to detail. This is a large purse, so it can hold a great deal. The only caveat is to not overload the spacious interior, or the bag will become too heavy to carry comfortably for a long period of time. On a recent weekend, I used it as a carry-all for my iPad, Kindle, and phone, plus all of the other usual stuff. No problem accommodating all of it. Once I had taken out the electronics, I used it a a regular shoulder bag, which fit very comfortably under my arm. It does come with an additional shoulder strap, so it can be used, I think, as a cross-body shoulder bag. I had a lot of compliments on this bag and may well buy another as a gift for my sister, who fell in love with it.

I was excited to buy a genuine leather purse finally. Figured I'd make the investment and have it last. But just 4 1/2 months later... the zipper broke! I am soo entirely disappointed, because the purse seemed to otherwise be of good quality and I loved it. Bummed I passed the window of return, otherwise it would be going back! Beware...the zipper sucks! **Update** The seller reached out and handled the situation with professionalism and care. I was genuinely happy with how they addressed the issue and appreciated their responsiveness. While I was disappointed in the zipper quality of this particular purse, it’s clear they stand behind their product and value their customers. I’ll definitely be looking into purchasing a different purse from the company.

I ordered the black purse that was Prime eligible (there were two purchasing options for the black purse at the time I ordered). The purse smells fine! It has silver hardware and the photos are very accurate. I am quite picky about purses and this one suits my needs. It does appear to be genuine leather. Soft enough but still firm enough to have the feel of durability. There is ample room in this purse which was key for me because you never know when you need to throw in a bottle of water and winter gloves. Some observations: 1. The drop for the shoulder when using the shoulder strap is excellent. Plenty of room and it will work with bulky coats. Should also be fine for plus sized women. When you look at it lying flat it doesn't seem very long but once you add some weight to the bottom the purse folds. Additionally, the strap has functional buckles on both ends so you can adjust it and eve remove it if you prefer the long strap and it gets in the way. 2. The long strap is nicely made and converts it to a cross-body style which feels and looks good (not awkward). Unlike other Heshe purses I looked at the strap does not have material sewn on one side. It's 100% leather. 3. The interior pouches are not very deep, about 4" which isn't adequate for most smart phones, especially if you have a large case. This is not an issue for me since I never use these pockets for my phone. I will be using them for my primary cosmetics and mirror. 4. The zipper pouch on the side is bigger than some reviews led me to believe. It's actually about 5.5" deep and pretty practical. 5. The interior zipper pouch is nicely sized. Not too big, not too small. 6. The dividing pouch in the middle is about as high as the purse is tall and it does a nice job with organizing. I keep all of my odds and ends in there and it's actually pretty easy to see them when you look inside. 7. The lining is a lovely brown with a satin finish. The material feels very durable which is important. My one complaint is that the interior zipper pulls are small and hard to find blind. I'm sure I will get used to this in time or modify them.

This purse does not look high quality and its really large and heavy. Its a reasonably priced purse, but it looks like I got it at the clearance rack at Ross. It weighs more than my entire previous purse and all contents, on its own. So ladies, unless you like cheap and shoulders that hurt - skip this one. Oh, and the only way to return it is to print out a label and go take it somewhere (NOT one of the locker locations). Lol why am I being punished for buying this purse, with wasting my time? I should get a credit on my account for this. I gotta go out in person and find a person I guess.
