The media could not be loaded. These are elegant and cast a nice light in the room. The first two that arrived had beautiful seams for the panels, like the seams seen on a finely tailored garment. We wanted to switch a size and the exchange unit has what look like tractor tread marks that parallel the seam on both sides, and on all 4 panel seams. We ordered a replacement lamp and it to had the same double row marks along the sewn seam. Happy to report the manufacture reached out to help and offered a replacement shade. It arrived and was defect free. We love the ambient these floor lamps give to a room. So much better than harsh overhead lighting. The dimming works by turning on at full intensity and clicking off and back on to first dimming level and off and on again to second dimming level.

I bought 2 of these floor lamps in August of 2021. I’m just now buying a replacement bulb, I just need one. I threw the dog’s toy too hard and broke it. Each lamp takes 2 bulbs and the amount of light is highly sufficient, even with one bulb out. These have been easy to take care of, to clean, and are as beautiful as when we first purchased them. We don’t have living room windows and it can feel like a cave in the dark. These have transformed the room into a space that is inviting. Being able to dim them during movies is also a bonus.

I've purchased four of these! Love the floor pedal allowing for three different levels of light. The lowest I use for night light. Adds a sense of class to a room. Surprisingly sturdy. What is of particular amazement is I was able to assemble myself! I'm hopeless usually and task someone else do put things together. But I did it and I'm very proud of myself. Thought of opening my own shop just to assemble this product! That's how pleasantly dizzy assembling made me so beware. And again, it just adds a lot to a room. Highest level of lighting good for reading. Has a sort of marble design in the shade. I avoided the one that has different colored lights. It looked too much like a campus room or young bedroom. My funky days are over!

The media could not be loaded. Received 06FEB25. WiFi app version, tallest size. TLDR; Nice, functional lighting option with smart home options. Easy set up with no hassle (nothing missing, no damaged parts/packaging). Fabric cover was intact/not cut. If you're worried about wrinkles when completely built, there's a spring that you install at the bottom when screwing in the set screw that adds tension to stretch the fabric and smooth it out. Foot switch works fine. I downloaded the app (Smart Life - Smart Living by Volcano Technology Limited) on Google Play Store using the smart bulb's QR code for control. The lamps use 2 smart bulbs so you can play around with the settings individually or just control both as a group. Can also categorize by rooms if you bought more than one lamp and decide to place them separately. You have to spend a bit of time making tap-to-run commands but at least it lets you fine tune how you want to control it. If you're not willing to deal with an app or just want a physical remote just get the remote option. It wasn't available to me when I made this purchase.

Before I start, I’d like to try to help some people out. As I was reading through the reviews, I noticed several people who bought this light, but mentioned they didn’t receive a remote control with it, and knocked off several stars, which hurts the seller. I just want to point out that there are basically TWO 64”LAMPS that are almost identical, but ONE HAS THE REMOTE, the other IS WI-FI COMPATIBLE WITH NO REMOTE AND WORKS WITH ALEXA OR GOOGLE. Please make sure you’re ordering the lamp you want. The seller shouldn’t have to suffer because of low stars because we’re not choosing the correct lamp option. I hope this bit of advice helps. Please choose the correct lamp you want. The one with or without the remote. Anyway… the reason for my low star rating is completely different… So, I’m a chemo patient and I needed a light to be able to see in the space where I’m set up at home now. I’ve been looking for a light and it took me months to settle on one. That’s because it takes me a while now, but I also wanted to be certain. This one sounded perfect because I could control it by just speaking to my Alexa. I finally was able to get someone to put it together for me. But, I had to figure out how to configure the lights. I was able to download the App, no problem. Then it came to looking at the light. I noticed it was all torn up all over the lamp shade. Not torn through, but like there were long scratches or razor marks all down the shade. There were also some dark smudges on it as well (see photo, although they show, but not too well). Once I got to the part of trying to configure the lights to the Wi-Fi, when I got to the blinky part, they just wouldn’t blink. Plus, the App said to turn the lights on and off 3 times, but the directions that came in the box said to do it 5 times. I tried both and everything, many times! Every time I turned it on and off 3 times, it made sorta a spark. Not an actual spark, or maybe it did within the lampshade, I’m not sure because it’s just hard to explain. All I know is that something just isn’t right. I’ve worked with many Wi-Fi lightbulbs throughout my house. They are both upstairs and downstairs. It’s easier for me. In fact, many things in my home are Wi-Fi compatible, so I’m pretty familiar with how to configure lightbulbs to an App. After about an hour of trying, I then opened my Amazon App and went to the product support page for this item and talked to them about it. Turns out, it’s not the actual company as one would think, but an Amazon employee. The first person I spoke to was the typical overseas customer service representative, who wasn’t able to help me at all, but did try to get me to pack everything up for a return and she would gladly waive the pickup fee (of $7.99, which all used to be free for Prime members, not anymore I find out; and this is a bit infuriating with all I buy since I’m home bound), and send me a new lamp. For the second time, I kindly thanked her, but explained that because of my illness, I’m limited. The box was thrown away. I’ll keep her offer in mind and thank you; however; I want to try to troubleshoot this lamp first. After several attempts going back and forth and me being insistent and figuring she just didn’t want to deal with the real troubleshooting situation, she finally asked me to hold whilst she could find the right person to help me. I write this all in my review, not to tell a story, but because many said they didn’t know how to get troubleshooting help. This is how and what you may or may not (hopefully not) go through. After being on hold a while, I finally got transferred to the US and spoke to product support. I asked her if she was from the company, but nope… Amazon product support. She only had the same exact instructions that comes with it and, and in the end, she couldn’t help me either. She even tried looking up YouTube videos, but to no avail. Bottom line, I have this lamp that will only give me white light, and where it’s located, I’m unable to get up and turn it on and off; therefore, I’ve got a light in my room that’s standing here, turned off because no one was able to help configure it. Remember, I’m a chemo patient and I’m unable to physically pack up this lamp myself and I don’t have help either, so I’m unable to do a return like this (the box is even gone).
