Love this little house! I have backyard chickens so I don't have to worry about bears and wolves and raccoons and such getting into chickens. A lot better quality than the house sitting next to it in the photo. That one was gotten off of Wayfair and it's paper thin and has gaps between every panel! This one looks like it's made out of insulated material, lightweight but well built and easy as pie to put together! Just had a little difficulty figuring out the nesting boxes, but otherwise once I figured it out they went right together no problems! The chickens love it! It's the first time they've had a house! They've been sleeping in a box on a pallet for the last year. I decided to get them something nice and get them a real home! I cannot be more pleased! The media could not be loaded. Junk... Wood is so soft even your screwdriver? Bumping into it marks up the wood. Screws are made of such soft metal that they strip right away. There's openings, increases and seams that will allow the cold air to come in and critters as well. Cheap flimsy hardware and wood is ridiculous. It’s great for outdoors or indoors. (The only concern will be larger predator or very strong winds.) Has room for 2 hens lay and easy to open hatch. Door/steps has a latch for safety. Base has a removable tray. Very attractive.

It's not a bad coop. Easily put together with just one person. As a long term home for you chickens, it'll need some modifications. The wood is light, so you may need to reenforce the legs at some point. You're also probably gonna want to waterproof it for rain and snow. I'll be using some waterproofing spray paint. Speaking of snow, it'll be cold. Some spray foam along the roof peak before putting the cap on, and a long the edge where the roof meets the walls would be recommended. If you take some care to weatherproof it, it'll probably last a few years. It'll definitely serve my purpose well. It'll be a home for our second flock of 2 silkies and 2 bantems. ... show more

Ridiculously small pictures are deceiving for the money it's way more than 119 with shipping it's almost 200 bucks definitely not worth it will not hold three adult chickens waste of money will not take apart and put back in the box and tape the box up to send it back such a headache wish I never wasted my money don't waste your time it is completely garbage get a used one somewhere else or get a bigger one from China for the same price or less ... show more

I have 2hens and 1 rooster and this works perfectly! The only thing is when it gets super hot or cold, the wood swells or shrinks and the door is hard to lock. But, I’ve figured out how to push in certain places and it works just fine! Super easy to put together (my kids did it).
