UPDATE: Amazing customer service. I didn’t reach out, they did. After some adjustment shaking is minimal. Also regardless the charging. Well apparently my case is not compatible with fast charge. Phone charges fast without the case. Guess that has been my issue with other wireless charges. Definitely recommend. My husband went with another brand and now will be getting the same as mine. Cool idea but definitely not super fast charge. In 40 minutes charged only 10%, was expecting more. Hold phone well but it shakes while driving. Installation was super easy. ... show more

Was surprised at just how well the suction cup worked. I have a dimpled dash, but the suction cup worked like a champ on the dash of my FJ Cruiser. I like the boom so the depth can be adjusted. Works for what I need in my vehicle and doesn't have to block a vent or take up a cup holder. Charges like a champ. I like the fact that I can use my driver side dash box with this charger as well. My only complaint is that it doesn't always automatically clamp down on my phone so I have to press the side button to make it close. Small inconvenience and not worth dinging it on a star. If I could use decimals, it would be a 4.6 just due to the aforementioned issue, but other then that...it's solid. ... show more

Purchased this unit pre owned off Amazon. It came looking almost like new but the packaging had seen better days. Originally I had purchased it to use in doors and use a suction cup mount for it and put it on my coffee table. Turns out my wife liked it so much she put it in her car. Worked really well for the first like 6 months, and then it became summer... This thing will now not stay stuck to the dash in the sun for more than a few hours. I even tried replacing the suction cup and using sticky pads. I also tried using the thing that clips it to the AC vent but the fins on my vents aren't strong enough to hold it up.
