Price was great and delivery good enough, my only concern is related to longevity and durability. It's lightweight, works well, and is much quieter than under-the-counter refrigerators i have had in the past that rumble and vibrate on and off. I wasn't quite sure how well the one through seven temperature knob would work, because theoretically this is supposed to be a refrigerator at the lower settings, a regular freezer in the mid-range, and a fast-freeze in the highest point. So the result of that is that it does work however their scale is off. The refrigerator is supposed to be at 3 or below, and it still freezes at 2.5, and needs to be turned down to 2 in order to stop freezing the food and to keep it cold -- so, it is colder than represented which is not necessarily a bad thing. When set at 4 it is very cold, but it also starts building up ice masses on the side unusually quick. In assessing how well the insulation is in it there are two things to say -- first when it is on and running for a while the top gets very cold but the sides don't, so either the top is not insulated well, or there is a thermal mass there which freezes to maintain the temperature. So I turned it off one night with a bunch of frozen stuff in it, and the next morning it seemed to be just as cold as the night before with nothing thawed at all, so I presume the coolness on the top is a cold heat sink. I wanted to use it for camping and run it off a 500wh battery but was not sure if it work, and it does if you turn the freezer down low to start and slowly turn it up. It draws about 82 watts when the thermostat kicks in and about 8 watts when it is resting. As far as the design goes, it seems like there is a squeezable seal for the lid that squeezes down when you set something on top of it, which means you can't set anything on top of it. I might suggest some kind of clip on the front that keeps it from smashing down too flat to the designers. Originally I thought that Wanai was an original manufacturer and Hanai was a cheaper knock-off, so was a little irritated when I got it and saw what looked like a Hanai logo on the front, but apparently there is a small wiggle in the middle of it so Wanai and Hanai are actually one in the same. So far so good, but let's see how it lasts.

I really like this 3.5 cubic deep freezer. Even tho it is smaller than the other options it still holds a really good amount of food and is easy to use ! Plus I like the nice sleek design and it matches my fridge. I would definitely get another one of these deep freezers. Plus it came to me in great time! I also like that its quiet and doesn't really put out much noise. I think its really good quality !

The media could not be loaded. Distraught!! I have been storing my breast milk bags for my baby since April and went in and found a majority of them buried in a humongous block of ice!! Where did this water come from?? Why did your freezer cause this!? Bags and bags and bags of milk thrown in the trash because of your freezer!! My husband and I spent all night trying to get the bags out . Bags were tearing because we can’t thaw out the block of ice to retrieve breastmilk and refreeze it due to bacteria growth and losing nutrients. And I have pictures and videos to prove it!!
